Rite Aid

They shouldn't even get one star, the pharmacy staff is so rude, it used to be a good pharmacy, but they have gone down hill. They tell u your prescription is ready then u go down there and it's out of stock, yeah that's happened twice, and they r so rude about it. I'm done I've been with u for years, I'm going elsewhere.

This ride aid was newly remodeled looks very nice and clean and inviting to shop here they had a lot of great grand opening specials like Coca-Cola toothpaste air fresheners and Ext.... I would definitely come back here and shop again the staff is friendly and make you feel welcome

I was at the store with my sister around 5 PM getting ice cream, when my sister asked her if she can get a strawberry single in a cup then the manager Esmeralda rudely said "I do not know what you're talking about, we do not have ice cream right now," she then proceeded to walk away and say she was "busy."

We got ice cream from there from on of the employees

The pharmacy doesn't even deserve a star. They told me the wait would be 30min and I've been waiting for more than 1 hour and a half almost 2 hours how ridiculous!!! If the wait was actually more than just be honest. Don't come here honestly, you'll just waste your time.

The only reason I even use this pharmacy is because it is close to home, and sometimes they have good deals. However, the staff is just plain rude. Don't get me started on the pharmacy staff, it seems like they hate their job and choose to take it out on everyone else! Meds are never ready when they say they will be. It's usually a 4 hour turn around time, and sometimes they will end up telling me the meds aren't in stock!! But they could have called for that! DUH!
The quickest turn around time is the photo dept. I can order prints online, and they are ready within minutes! But there is always a wait at the counter to pick them up as there seems to not be enough staff on hand.

I hope Wal Mart opens soon in Wasco, I am tired of Rite Aid.

Pharmacy sucks here they have poor management the girl at the register is rude and they took 1 hour when they said to come back in 20 minutes I came back 35 minutes later and still didn't have it ready and made me wait inside for another hour !!!!! Horrible

Went into rite aide couldn't find what we needed . The pharmacy was about to close as lady in pharmacy was closing my fourteen year old knocked to get ladies attention .she said I have one little question . The lady opens door and says sorry were closed! Slams door shut .I was wow she wasted that few moments to display such behaviors when she could have answered a simple question .wont be using that pharmacy ever ! 5/20/2018
