Dr. Riner has been my eye doc for a couple years. It has been the best doctors office to visit of any kind I've experienced. The staff is always courteous professional and they always answer the phone. The doctor is very warm and great doctor. They also seem to always have a deal or coupon they can find when I need to order contacts. Highly recommended!!

I would only recommend Dr Riner only if you want your vision to be better than 20/20. If you love to spend a lot of money for eye care he probably isn't the one to go to. I'd summarize him as a small town eye doctor in the big city of Tulsa. Excellent eye care. He cares about his customers. Definitely worth seeking out. This is the place to go for family eye care.

He is a magnificent OD and I have used him for many years. He is thorough and makes sure that you receive excellence in service. He is a very kind and compassionate man and really cares about his patients. I cannot recommend anyone higher than Dr. Riner! In fact, having moved to Austin, I intend to see him for glasses when I visit Tulsa again.

The doctor was decent for the exam and the prescription seems accurate. However, the service after the exam was non-existent. He led me to the small wall of frames and told me I could pick from an even smaller section for use with my insurance. Then he left. No other person in the office helped me try out frames at all. When I went to check out they added $70 to the cost to get lighter plastic lenses. So even with very decent insurance I had, I was out a total of $105 out of pocket.
Nobody ever called to let me know my glasses were in, so eventually I went down there and picked them up. She gave me the box and said thanks. The girl there didn't have me try them, offer to adjust, clean, or anything. Overall very bad customer service, I've been going to big name places in malls for many years and thought it would be even better service to go to a local independent shop and support a local business, but I was very wrong.
The lenses under normal use were scratched up within a few weeks, the paint on the frames soon after that. I've been wearing glasses for 30 years and have never had glasses go bad this quickly, even much much cheaper glasses. It's shameful that they force upon customers this subpar junk and then overcharge for it.
I'll think this place has ruined all private practice shops for me now.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
