Riley's Renovations

Please do not list our residential address as Riley's place of business. He was our tenant, several years ago, but he was never authorized to run a business from our place.

I too had a Living Social deal, but will not hesitate to use them again. They came on time and completely prepared. They were very professional and did a very thorough and unsurpassed job. As a property manager, I am already lining them up for more work!

Riley Painting and Renovations had a Living Social deal which I purchased. I am tremendously pleased with the final product. I have a 2 story room (Mililani, Residence 3, American Classics) which would require a tall (24 foot) ladder or scaffolding. I contacted Josh Riley after the Living Social purchase and he quickly responded, set a date with my schedule not his, showed up on time with the correct paint and his team went to work. Now, this was a tough job but the crew worked hard to ensure the room was painted well - they were polite, clean, neat, and very concerned about doing a good job. In fact they thanked me when they left for allowing them to paint my house. Josh came back the next day to do the final application and check the work. I was very pleased with the whole crew and would highly recommend them.
