Resort like setting apartments!
The amenities you get are wonderful. The beautiful pool and gorgeous courtyard alone make this a place I'd want to live. But then you add in the business center with computers, wifi and printers all free to use. The stunning clubhouse and gym facilities.
The apartments have in-suite laundry and balconies.

Hands down best place I've ever lived for being my first apartment..Jose the maintenance supervisor is always available whenever theres an issue in my apartment and a great guy to have around. He always says hello to everyone and strikes up conversations with residents while he's out and about in the complex doing his daily duties/checks. He's not just a maintenance officer but also a friend and willing to help anyone in need.

Overall did not like my experience here, management will barely answer your phone calls, super rare if they do. Parking is a struggle, getting home at 5:00pm is to late at that point. And they just shut off the water with no notice or if they are feeling generous they will give you a 5 minute warning that they will turning off the water for 3 HOURS. Only good thing about this place is their maintenance, Jose is very helpful and very kind. That's the only good thing.

Just moved in with my boyfriend and I have to say that the lady at the front desk Jessica is one of the biggest sweethearts and has been super helpful during this process. It's our first apartment that we've ever moved into and she's walked us through every step of the way. When we walked into our new home, they did an outstanding job of cleaning! The apartment feels fresh and well taken care of. We also got an AMAZING view of all of Lake Elsinore. We got the best one there and I'm so excited to really make this place my new home. It's all thanks to Jessica!!! Thank you!!!

Love this place! First, the leasing office has been wonderful and are very friendly. Yazmin, Jessica and Lexi were so helpful not only getting me into a unit that I needed but overall in any assistance I've needed since living there. They are professional and friendly and I am thankful for their help.
And the maintenance crew is awesome! Anthony, Jose and Louie have worked on my unit a few times and they are so great. Not only do they resolve things timely but they are always so friendly when they see us.

This property is far too mediocre for the price. Tenant has to pay more utilities than in other properties. For example, there is a waste bill--perhaps due to the number of apartments in the complex. Another problem that occurred, as stated in other reviews, was the regular closure of the pool due to vandalism. There are too many units and not enough staff for Ridgestone to hire someone just to surveil the pool area. The number of floors discouraged some tenants from taking their garbage all-of-the-way to the actual dumpsters where garbage goes.
The mgmt. and managers are OK. Unfortunately, they did not take the time to fully inform/train their clerical staff, so one has to double check every piece of paperwork with mgmt. or a manager. Might as well just wait for a manager and skip the interface with the front office.
Driving and parking within the complex is a bad video game. Take that metaphor in any and all directions.
It's close to the freeway, so one star for being in an OK spot.
Good luck on keeping the pool area safe Ridgestone, or just keep e-mail blasting every time a vandal finds downtime.

Thank you for taking the time to present your concerns with our community. You would be happy to know that all pool closures weren't for vandalism but for necessary repairs and upgrades. We have had a couple of sporadic instances where the pool/spa needed extra attention to include cleaning or tree trimming. A courtesy patrol team is available nightly for any issues that might arise. We do also appreciate you being patient with the staff. We have hired a great leasing consultant with property management experience. This will give you consistency with your questions. Not only was I there at 10am per my appointment time, but another tenant had been waiting since 9am with a check in hand. There was no one showing anyone any units. After leaving several voice messages, I received a call from someone that said they just arrived late that day. I guess that's just acceptable there.

We are so sorry to hear that your experience was less than perfect. Our hours are most definitely accurate. At times, our staff must step out to conduct tours or help other residents on the property. If you call or leave a voicemail, we will always get back to you the same day.
For move in's, we do always recommend an appointment so we can spend the needed time to go over your inspection and to collect necessary payments. Please feel free to email and schedule an appointment with a part of our management team.

Don't move here unless you want to get screwed over upon move out! We moved out 12/31/21. On 1/31/22 we received a letter to pay an amount for carpet replacement. Which we would have been very happy to pay on time. The letter states it has to be paid 30 days from move out or it will be sent to a 3rd party collections. Mind you the letter is dated 1/5 and we received it literally on the final day. To make things even more suspicious the letter is not marked by the post office when it goes through for processing. I called today 2/4/22 and spoke to Olivia, I let her know that I was confused about the date on the letter because we JUST received it. I asked why we couldn't receive a call or maybe an email to pay the amount due? On a personal level of care this office only looks out for themselves. I paid my rent on time for the two years I was there. It would have been nice to receive some other type of notification instead sending this to collections. All Olivia told me was "THAT'S IT" when I asked is that all I get for being a good tenant?

My fiancee and I had an appointment on Saturday 3/14 at Ridgestone Apartments @ 12pm and no one from the property ever showed up. We arrived early at 11:20am and there was a sign on the door that said "On Tour" with no return time. Additionally there was a couple waiting outside the door who told us they had been waiting since 11am. The couple left and we waited until 12:15pm. No ever showed up!
I'm not sure what type of tour takes 1 hour and 15 mins but I truly doubt there was even a staff member on-site. We were extremely upset about how unprofessional the experience was. Not sure if the office closed because of the corona outbreak; but even it was closed due to the circumstances, we should have been notified (and I know we were in their system as an appt because we received a reminder email 2 days before). Additionally, we had our 2 young sons and waited in the cold because the "On Tour" sign was misleading in regards to time.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

I do apologize for your experience with our office on Saturday. With the changes that have taken place the last week, there might've been an oversight of the appointments. During the time you came our leasing consultant was out taking pictures of all of our vacant apartments.
