The service at this location is so diffident it doesn't matter how the food is. Went for lunch last weekend.
Hostess ignored us and spent a few minutes punching into the computer before she even said hello.
Got seated and ordered, when the food came one order was incorrect and one order was incomplete.
This would not be a deal breaker except the same thing happened the last time we went there; stand at the door and wait to be acknowledged and served cold food by a server who disappeared for 30 minutes.
Left a comment on their website, never heard anything.
The Rib Crib used to be good, IMO it has suffered by going corporate and there is not enough control over food and service, particularly in the Sand Springs store.
