Mike and Steve were both incredibly easy to work with. As first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions throughout the inspection process. Mike and Steve took the time to answer all of them in a thoughtful and professional manner, even providing additional resources for maintaining the property at the end of the inspection.

They were clear about the services they could provide up front, and went above and beyond by sharing a reputable referral for the septic inspection we were looking to complete as well. Booking the inspection date with them was completed very quickly via text and on the day of the inspection they arrive early and worked thoroughly. We received the comprehensive inspection report within hours of it being completed, and clear instructions on when testing results would be delivered. After the inspection day, they were very responsive with some follow up questions we had.

These guys are professional. They divide & conquer. PPI is a 2-man team. Mike will give you a little synopsis of his plan of action, he invites you to follow him around & ask questions. The beauty of it is, if you just let him talk, he'll answer the question you were thinking of. They both know what they are doing & you'll be happy you found them. Mike and Steve were both incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough for both inspections that my fiancée and I hired them for. I say both because these guys saved us from buying a money pit of a house, but when we found another we hired patriot again because we knew they would tell us everything they possibly could about the house before we bought, and so far there haven't been any surprises.
