I sent my son to this business years ago. Very pleased with their service. It took my son several years for his teeth to finally come out. They were in no hurry to rush taking out his braces. I appreciate it. Great job. His teeth/smile is wonderful.

The staff, technician, and Ms Sturdivant went above and beyond to make my son feel comfortable after a horrible vis

This place is seriously something else. Went in after having my braces off for 12 years with jaw problems and partially unglued bottom permanent retainer. Dr. S did a full examination, charged me to remove the broken retainer ($200+), recommended a full treatment of braces to help with TMJ issues, and after forking up over $3,000+ she still wants more for additional retainer (I've paid over $300+) and other devices!!!!!!!!! I have had more problems with this orthodontist than I did with the other. I have had my retainers less than 6 months and have had to go back 4+ times to have them re-glued. I don't understand how the one I had lasted me 12 years but the one she supplies won't last more than 6 months. Seriously?!? On top of that, they are always running late (during spring break I waited over an hour and a half because they triple booked), but they will cancel your appointment if you are 15 minutes late. I would not recommend this office to anyone. I have had nothing but problems and excuses from their staff and the doctor. Prices are just too much and customer service sucks! Tried talking to her on multiple occasions and she is ALWAYS busy!

Called to see if they could fix a permanent retainer - as my daughter is visiting family in the area and her retrainer broke off. It now needs to be remounted. I was advised the orthodontist does not do this, but we could make an appointment to get impressions, an examination, and then be given a quote for any services that are needed.

Every employee is very professional and friendly, my 1st visit was awesome will D-E-F-I-N-I-T-E-L-Y be going back to get my braces here :)

This orthodontics is very nice and clean. The people are professional and easy to work with. The reason for the 3 stars is because I moved to the valley and have braces so I was looking for a ortho to finish the work I already had. I've had my braces on for about 14 months and I've been told it'll be about 4-6 months till their off ( totally okay with me). What wasn't okay was the price. They wanted 5,000+ to finish my treatment. I paid 3,000$ for the work I've had done and was even told by my original orthodontist I may not have to finish the total 3,000 because they're not treating me anymore. So for a ortho to try to charge 5000$ for 4-6 months of treatment seems outrageous. I know not every dentist uses the same tools, brackets etc. but that is a ridiculous amount. I then went to another ortho who said he'd finish it for 1500 which is very reasonable. I know "cosmetic" treatments like braces are never cheap nor do I expect that but IMO finishing my treatment here wasn't worth it. If I was just beginning treatment maybe I'd consider this ortho but just know there are much cheaper places that can do just as good!

Just when I thought I wouldn't be able to find a decent, honest dentist in the McAllen area I came across this gem of an office. This office, from staff, technicians and Dr Gracie, all make you feel so welcome. The facilities are CLEAN, kids aren't running rampant, and you're greeted by name on your first day with a big welcome sign at the door. Kids feel at ease here. Finally, they offer various methods of financing your braces several of which include no additional costs.
