I was a guess on this party bus and I was very disappointed going into it. Had I not ended up drunk-ish I would have remembered the bus drivers name. Anyways all is well that ends well.


The bus: Clean bus. Nothing special about it at all. Seen better. Had better. Will be doing better next time as well.

My experience was repulsive. I was solely trying to book a bus for a 30th birthday party months in advanced and was beyond appalled at the level of service-or lack there of...

I booked online, secured my deposit for the set rate listed online. I received a call weeks after stating it was "prom" weekend and the bus rate is now $400 more then listed upon securing my deposit, going from $800 to $1200. At the time we could not swing it and I processed to look for another rental. After talking it over, we decided to call back and accept the $1200 charge.

Upon calling back, an extremely discruntalled employee we will call "alex" based on all the previous reviews (who is hopefully not a manager/owner) answered the phone. When I gave him the dates looking to book, he firmly and disrespectfully said "so you've already called about this bus and we already told you it's prom weekend" as I proceeded to gather more information he started raising his voice and aggressively telling me that they will not book with me and now the bus is $1500 and hung up on me after I continued to explain what I'm looking for.

The overall tone and level of service was completely uncalled for. I am in awe that this company is still in business, given the employees complete disregard for the customer. I was simply a customer looking to utilize the services and have NEVER been treated in such a way-especially when dealing with junking, beer stained school buses.

And as a side note- Alex -I believe it is. Just know, this isn't the last time you will be hearing from me, I can assure you of that.

One star only because ZERO is not an option. We rented a small bus for an afternoon tour. The bus that arrived was not the bus rented and did not have working air conditioning. It was a 90 degree day so this was not acceptable. The "customer service" person on the phone said they could not help us. The driver said he was just the driver and also not able to help. We canceled but had to call back in the morning to discuss a refund. The company's response was that there would be no refund. They said the agreement allows for a bus "upgrade" and heating and air conditioning are not guaranteed. They went on to say that it was our choice not to use it so there should be no refund. BEWARE! There are other bus companies. Avoid this one!

I would rate this zero stars if I could!!!! Make sure you read fine print before renting anything from this company. They have an excuse for everything and don't care if customer is satisfied. They won't guarantee air conditioning on their vehicles so who know if there's heat in the winter. My group got the wrong bus with no air on a day with 104 heat index!!!.

Do not rent from this company. I was promised a 14 passenger mini bus for my daughter's wedding day and instead was sent an old school bus, with no air conditioning! It was a 87 degree day and their response to me when I called was "did you request air conditioning?" . Once they had my money, there was zero interest in taking care of us. I spoke to them again two days later and once again, they refused to take any responsibility for the bait and switch.
The receipt the driver had did not include the tip I had already authorized.

0 stars if I could.. we used them for our wedding day transport and were beyond disappointed in their black mini bus. We knew the price was cheap but we thought for $500 we would get something decent. The stripper pole in the middle was not classy and lit up like it was in the pictures but dirty and stained which we were not a fan of. The seats were stained and ripped up and the driver was so rude! He didn't know where we were going, and made us re give him the address two separate times!! The plus side is that he got us from point A to point B relatively quickly. The downside is that the bus was disgusting, the driver was rude and at the end of it all he expected a tip!!! I wouldn't reccomend it to family or friends or even an enemy! Stay far away unless you're looking for a cheap bus to just get you around..

This could easily switch to 5 stars, but we haven't gone on our birthday ride yet. But in making the reservation, they were super helpful and answered all my questions right away. Friends have raved about their experience, I am sure we will too

In 2015 I had decided I wanted to take a party bus down to Treasure Island for my Bachelorette Party. It was my idea for the party so I was in charge of securing the bus. We had a small but powerful group, no more than 8 of us but I wanted 'the bus to myself' so I went for a larger bus. Costly. I CALLED to make the reservation in June and was charged $100 for deposit, but the person I spoke to would not give me his name and definitely did not go over the terms & conditions which includes going over the cancellation policy. I was not aware there was a $300 fee for cancellations and at that time, had no need for the information, as I was set on having my pink party bus.

Months went by, my plan slowly started to change to being picked up at my house earlier/ get to the casino earlier & picked up from the casino​ on the round trip/ next day later or closer to check out time. I called to inquire as most companies would not make a huge deal of it; I was paying a lot of money for a party bus to bring me round trip overnight.

Even though they didn't have any rentals for that time of day and it was part of the cost that I had already agreed to pay, time of day should not make much difference but he insisted it would increase the price. After a bit of back and forth, I decidedly canceled my reservation for what I was paying I would just drive myself if he was going to be rude to me over the phone. He hung up on me and then proceeded to charge the credit card I used for my deposit the $300 cancellation fee that was not divulged to me over the phone at the time of the reservation.

I made a claim with my bank and I got my money back but the scary part was when I got to the casino there was a black rentmypartybus.com bus in the parking lot and it was quite terrifying.

Should you choose to use this company, proceed with caution. They are about fifty-fifty on the customer satisfaction. I see mixed reviews and I'm glad other people had a good time, but my experience was such a turn-off I would never use them again nor recommend them to anyone.

Do not use this company, they had "issues" and called us at 7pm and said the bus was going to be an hour late. So instead of being picked up at 8pm it would now be 9pm. Not a terrible deal, it happens. The plan was they are going to send another bus. Well at 9:15 they called and said they are canceling because of "transmission issues". So 30 people now have no where to go. What a joke, unreliable and don't care at all if they cancel. You are a waste of their time to begin with. We also have video of a previous bachelor party that used there 93x bus 2 weeks prior to this, and had to push it up a hill. Good indication that they do not maintain there fleet what so ever.

Customer service was not good.
Booked the Pink Ribbon for a bachelorette party because everyone was wearing pink... a totally different bus showed up.
Customer service manager was not apologetic at all... told me the owner would call me and I never received a call.

Go with a different company.
