Let me start with saying redwood credit union is absolutely the best bank when it comes to saving. The reason for my review is I had an appointment, they sent a reminder email, but they did not have a list on things I should take was early and everything had passport, license and other items to open a youth account won't say the name of the rep, but was bother on the way he resolve my issue like if I could go home. I prepared myself a day prior, reason was I was working and had to go back to work. Little things matter and would like to advice redwood to always attach the exact documents needed or a check in call prior. That would be great. Would keep on going, was just a bad experience.

I'm only giving 2 stars because redwoods new app has separated married couples accounts, now my wife can't see mine to make payments and I can't see hers to make payments. They have also locked us out of our minor sons account who is not 18! Now we have to jump through major hoops to get bills paid on time or have our credit run to be put on eachothers accounts and we all know what that does to your credit score.

Great credit union I had a little issue the other day but I will have to say Gavin the manager was on top of it he had it resolve the next morning thanks for a great service gavin

Excellent service, great loan department and overall the best bank I have ever worked with.

This Credit Union is pretty low key. I have never noticed it being too crowded. And if you are a Federal Credit Union member, you aren't charged additional fees for using their ATM!

The tellers are very helpful.and kind when you ask questions and there always seems to be plenty of parking.

Love this credit union, everything about it. Big banks just want to make money off you, charge you to use your own money. After years of transaction fee bs and yada yada, I'm glad I found Redwood Credit Union. It is especially well run and committed to the local community.

I have had a pretty crappy day today. It's been one bad thing after another that has amassed itself in this ball of chaos. By the time I got to the bank I was pretty grumpy. Ashley, a new teller at the Rohnert Park branch greeted me with a smile. A genuine smile. We chatted about things that were really probably meaningless but just the authenticity of our exchange really brightened my day. It was a very refreshing and much needed moment to break the way my day was going.

I love everything about this bank! Redwood Credit Union offers exceptional service and the lowest interest rates!
They have helped me build my credit tremendously, that I wasn't able to do anywhere else.

This is a very busy location. And the lines can be out the door (on a very regular basis. But that is okay.....they are speedy and will get you through the long line and out the door. Some of my favorite tellers are at this location. I tend to bounce around to different locations for convenience.

This location has a fresh and new remodeled look. It is very upbeat and modern looking compared to their old & outdated look.

This has been one of the best banks I've ever done business with. When something went wrong ,they were the first to let me know and rectify the situation. It was fast and friendly and this branch. I don't know how anybody could bank anywhere else.
