Red Top Cab

I hate being in the position, where I love the people, and appreciate the service, but feel like I got massively ripped off.

Red Top is why Uber and Lyft exist.

I paid literally two times as much as Lyft said it would cost. Aww. No Lyfts were available tho! So freaking mean. Uber just laughed at me when I logged onto their website.

Not during prime times, not talking fun places. I'm talking, 1 pm, pick me up at the semi fixing shop, drop me off at the hotel. The next day at 5 pm, reverse the process.

Ugh.

So glad my company reimburses me- it would have been cheaper for me to rent a car, have Enterprise come pick ne up, then have a rental car for the weekend than take one trip with Red Hat or whatever they're called.

Super nice driver tho. Super gross, overwhelmingly strong cigarette smoke smell, so good luck!

I called and called for like 3 hours. No one ever answered the phone, and there was no voicemail. Just disconnected. Pretty terrible, good thing there are other options.

Red top cab is a piece of shit. How are you going to answer the phone then hang up on me and then not answer the phone again. That is straight Rude and unprofessional. You guys need to get your stuff together or you're going out of business

Called 3 hours ago they said a cab we'll be here shortly. Still no cab and to top it off someone and the phone and just sat it down . Mind the fact I've waited probably every diver by here at least once just sad!!!

This place is awful now! I called three hours ago and they said they'd call when they got close and I'm still waiting for that call!!! This I'll never use again!!!!! Also can not even get them on the phone for last two hours as line will ring till it says busy!!!! This is incredibly terrible service!!!!! If you live in this area I recommend Uber or Lyft for a ride!!!! Well now a lady talked to me on Facebook and had the nerve to say and you're a Christian? Well yes I am and I'm an honest loyal Bible reading and church going person that would never lie here in a review as they still haven't called or picked me up from where I am as they said they would! So lady if you work for this company I suggest you hire people that do their job instead of not picking clients up or even calling back or ignoring their calls! You need to look into your business as it's not what you thought! It's unreliable service! Thank you for your time but I'd never lie about what sorry service this actually is if I'd didn't really experience it as I have actually tonight! I guess they won't be picking me up now! Good because I don't want them to!!! Y'all are one shitty business now; not at all like before Covid! Crazy I called this morning and their excuse was this happens sometimes that they don't pick you up! Are you kidding me??? I complain and you don't even take this seriously! Very bad service! This is fucking ridiculous! I'm going to the CEO about this shit!!!

DRIVING WITHOUT INSURANCE! I was rear ended by one of the cabs and driver presented an insurance card to officer that I found out later was not valid when I called the insurance company! Have called Red Top asking for owner and left messages - of course no return call. My car is damaged and my insurance will fix but I'm on the hook for $1k deductible. Red Top was 100% at fault and ticketed. Yet I'm paying for damages for your negligence? Be a professional, return my calls and handle your business! You owe me for damages caused by your negligence!

Horrible service. Whoever works early mornings (male) is very rude and we have had a cab not even show up. Don't recommend them at All!!! His excuse is its a typical sunday morning. 6:00 am.

I've used Red Top several times for transportation to the airport. They're very friendly and reasonable. Their drivers are professional and I feel more comfortable taking their taxis versus ride sharing services.

They are very rude, always late, comes when they feel like it and very poor manners... it's unfortunate this is the main taxi service we have because they suck and so do the workers PEROID

Today I talked to someone on the voice that was incredibly rude. When I told him that the wait was a little longer than I could wait, the man on the phone made some snide remark and hung up on me. I think that I will just stick to Uber and Lyft from here on. I definitely will not be using Red Top again.
