Unbelievable cookies!
My boss bought a big box and went around giving them out, and the chocolate chip cookie was indescribable. But I will try to describe it...it was chewy, and puffy, and tasted like it had almond in it. I am the type of person who, believe it or not, will take a bite or two out of a cookie and put it away to have more later. This one, I couldn't help but eat the whole thing in one sitting. And this is not a small cookie.
I have to go and get some for myself and try some other varieties. -

In harmony w my fellow Yelpers- these cookies are really delish!
I stopped in & Kim the proprietor & baker was in shop. She is very pleasant & happy to chat about her yummy cookies. What a beautiful little shop too- open kitchen which is cute & immaculate. A cottage decorated in red w the heavenly scent of freshly baked cookies!
Gave my Mom a gift of the Lemon Poppyseed, Gingerbread, & Oatmeal raisin which was sweetly wrapped. Also, there were double chocolate cookies for sampling- which were perfect! Balance of soft middle, chocolate, sweet- delightful. Not crunchy. More cake-like but not too dense. Not too sweet. Your pallet is wholly satisfied by texture, flavor & size! They serve coffee too.
This spot is off the beaten path but so worth the trip. They ship all over the world! Make sure to visit their web site for broad variety of cookies/services- perfect gift for that special person or event. Even though this is a serious business, these cookies maintain a "home made"/ personal touch.Listed in: Bakery/Patisserie

OH.EM.GEE. These cookies are freaking AMAZING.
big, chewy, melt-in-your-mouth.........
One of my co-workers got these cookies from his parents for his birthday. Even though, we're over 300 miles away, we all went online to find out how to get more of this crack. We spent half the day drooling over all 150 flavors!
According to birthday boy, "It's just 1 woman and her oven, spreading happiness and joy" -

Found this place on Groupon and I am hooked.
Stop there every time I visit my parent's in Guilford.
The owner is incredibly nice and the cookies always fresh.
Bailey's Peanut Butter and Key lime are my 3 Favorite.
One downside, after these cookies all others are mediocre by comparison. -

like everyone else says .. OMG really good cookies!! these are not huge flat cookies or big lumpy discs, they are all pretty much the same size about 3.5" around and about 3/4" high ..
only downside is they are a little pricey, but i think its worth it!!
i drove by here many times and saw this little 'gourmet cookies'
sign in front of what looks like a condo/professional office building and finally caved and decided to check it out. they bakery is sort of around back on the corner in a tiny little shop.
100% chance of me stopping by every time i drive by now. -

Oh MY! This place is really a gem. I love the cookies sooooo much. I was visiting my aunt from Los Angeles and she took me here. She said, "This is the best cookies I've ever tasted and I don't normally like sweets." At first I had my doubts...'best cookies ever?' But when I took my first bite into the Triple Chocolate. I knew she was right. This was truly the best cookies. It was soft and moist and you can tell that she used the best ingredients. My aunt loves the pecan one.
In reality, the cookies are quite expensive. $1.75 for 1 cookie. At least it's big. I personally think they are worth it and I wish I brought some back to LA for my friends. If you are around the area, do check it out! I love the fact that you walk in the store and the kitchen is right there. You know she's making them fresh! -

After crossing paths the the Red Rooster lady I knew that I had to stop by her store. I bought the key lime, rasberry lime(?), and the chocolate chip cookies and took them to my parents house. Yum, one of the cookies may have been a little stale but it was super yummy none the less.

This place is AMAZING! I was in town visiting and my mom took me by here. The owner was very sweet and helpful! I bought a dozen cookies plus 2 of her mini sour cream coffee cakes! Everything was a HIT! I will be placing an order for them to be shipped to me and my friends in MIAMI! They make a great gift for anyone and her packaging is super cute!
