Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I eat at red Robin all the time in California and love it. My partner and I have ordered from this place before, once in person and once to go. It has always been good.

Today, we came in, and we were served immediately. Our server was Felipe. He was kind, helpful, and he kept checking in on us to make sure everything was OK. I had the. Smashed avocado, and bacon burger. It was beyond delicious! I asked for my burger, medium, that's how it came. The bacon was crisp and delicious, and I loved the avocado. It had a tiny bit of a "zip" to it. Just enough that I knew that it was there.

My partner normally doesn't "do" that much fried food, but today she had the crispy chicken sandwich, and she loved it. She said that the chicken was tender, and that the breading was crispy and delicious. For sides, we had the garlic Parm broccoli. Hey, that's kind of healthy, right? :) The broccoli was crisp, the cheese was rich, and there was just the right amount of garlic. Not too little, not too much. For the broccoli, there was an "upcharge" of $1.99. we didn't mind at all. It was worth it. It is also a "bottomless side", if you want more.

For drinks, my partner had the strawberry speckled lemonade, which she really liked. There were actually pieces of strawberry in it. For me, the prickly, pear, lemonade sounded interesting. I've never had prickly pear. I liked it. The prickly pear gave a little bit of a "tang" to the lemonade.

For dessert, we decided to have milkshakes. My partner had the strawberry milkshake, which she said had Great strawberry flavor, and was rich and delicious. I had the caramel apple pie milkshake, and it was amazing. It actually tasted like an apple pie!

There was a mixup with the timing of our milkshakes. We wanted them at the end of our meal for dessert, but we did not vocalize it properly, and they brought them out with the regular meal. They offered to replace them, but we said, no, that's fine. It was our fault. They went ahead anyway, and made new milkshakes for us at the end of the meal. That was not necessary, but we appreciated it. It was very nice of them.

All of the food, drink, and a very nice tip, and the price was reasonable. We will continue to be back. Thank you.

I don't recommend this place.
Ordered a bacon cheese burger with grilled onions ($.99) and sautéed mushrooms ($ 1.49) and a side of garlic parmesan broccoli.
Picked up my order, checked to ensure that there was a burger and a side of broccoli and came back to my hotel room.
No grilled onions, no sautéed mushrooms and it was a freaking turkey burger.
I went against my better judgment by adding a 20% tip when I placed my order. A lesson learned.
Total bill with the $3.50 tip came out to about $25. Pretty hefty price even if I had actually received what I ordered.
I read the reviews on Yelp. They were all over the place so I thought I'd give them a chance.
Word to the wise: Don't make the mistake I made. Plenty of other places around Poughkeepsie to get a burger.
Stay away from this place.

Went here for lunch on a Saturday.We were greeted upon entering.The waitress was fast & friendly.Ordered burgers & chicken tenders both good.The crispy onion straws really make the burger.Soda was flat in our floats & restrooms needed attention.Overall it was a good experience.

Place is dirty, floors and tables sticky.
Cobwebs on windows.
We used to go all the time but walked out
about a month ago before ordering.
Needs a little management TLC.

Haven't been to Red Robin in a while and we were hankering for burgers. The hubby got the monster burger which included two Patties. He got American cheese, sautéed onions and mushrooms. It was really good, fresh tasting and the meat flavor was great. The dish came out nice and hot and the fries were nice and hot too. He was super pleased.

I got the Scorpion burger because anytime I see jalapeños and pepper jack cheese I'm in. And they had jalapeño deep-fried coins which gave a nice tasty crunch. The burger came with Scorpion Pepper Sauce, Pepper-Jack, fried jalapeno coins, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, red onions and jalapenos roasted in Scorpion sauce. It was super messy but I loved it. I ended up having to eat it with a fork halfway through but I didn't mind. I loved the spice and it hit the spot. The burger came out hot and so were the fries.

The drink was weak but hubby still thought it was worth it but will add a double shot next time.

The waitress was kind and nice. All in all we had a great quick meal.

Fantastic spot for kids and parties but if that's not your thing, they also have an adult only section by the bar(thank god). The last thing I want to see as I'm dry heaving down my 7th shot is some 9 year old staring into my soul and judging me. Like, you'll get here soon too son I promise you that. So I'm glad there's a separate section for me to wallow with other like minded, exhausted adults. Decent quality burgers with large portions and a huge variety of flavors. Tons of alternatives if that's not your food of choice too. Honestly, forget the burgers, the bottomless garlic parm fries are where it's at. I could literally come here for drinks, apps, and just eat myself into a diabetic coma from shoveling down pounds and pounds of fries(this is a good thing). Affordable pricing. Clean bathrooms. Killer milkshakes, these ones definitely bring the boys to the yard(although they 100% keep the girls away from my bed)

I hate to admit it but the only time I go to Red Robin's is when I have a gift card. The good thing is people know I like Red Robin's so I get gift cards here all the time.. What do I love about Red Robin's? Where do I begin... especially with their new menu there are so many tasty options. Something that I really appreciate is that for their sandwiches and burgers you can swap out your bun for a "lettuce bun". Great for when I used to be on the keto diet and anyone with gluten allergies. Also, you can opt for bottom fries and might I recommend getting a side of the campfire Mayo...

They also now have a great happy hour which includes drink and appetizer specials for SUPER cheap. Other recommendations is the fried onion ring tower. It looks just as impressive as it tastes. You can also order a side of warm cheese to dip anything you want in it....

Lastly they use a device which looks like a phone to take your order so you know you're going to get your food quick! Unlimited fries and quick service, what else could be better.

Three of us eat there every other month and we've never had a disappointing food experience. Neither have we ever been underserved, especially when it comes to 'bottomless'.

Food very good, service Also. Woman bathroom gross!! Would recommend. However Management needs to be attentive to the bathroom.

Theres a reason why my family and I never order from here. If it wasn't for a fundraiser that was going on for a baseball team in the area, this place would never be an option. $1 Banquet tv dinners are better options than this place. Never again. How anybody can go here or like this is beyond me. Just go out of business already. Burgers were saltier than a salt shaker, two bites and thrown on. Scooped off this "avocado" that was supposed to be on my burger.
