Our first visit here. A typical chain restaurant overall, but we were quite pleased with the food. We started with a local pint of Syracuse Pale Ale and an Irish Coffee (oddly they used Bailey's instead of whiskey). Our mains were the Shroom burger (perfectly done and I'd easily order it again) with garlic broccoli; and the crispy chicken sandwich with onion rings. No complaints.

I have only been here once before but I really liked it. The atmosphere was very cool and it was pretty big inside so we didn't have to wait. The sever was great and the food came out pretty quickly. I got a BBQ chicken wrap and it was actually very good! I would definitely come here again and get that or try something else. They mostly just have burgers and chicken sandwiches but it was very good!

More parking than the other Red Robin, more seating, and ambiance is warmer. We were seated quickly on a Saturday night at 6:30pm, and our waitress was positive, friendly, and anticipated our drink, sauce, and food needs as we dined. We sat by the bar at a high top with chairs and booth, comfy and the bar is colorful with good vibes. The variety of burgers and endless fries are consistently good and this RR is as well. We will be back!

I do not get to visit this Red Robin very often however based on the last 2 experiences, I highly recommend you visit and/or order online
Today we ordered online (redrobin.com); long story short we were really hungry and my kid had a burger craving. We ordered a double patty tavern burger for my kid and some chicken wings for me
A little while later, a DoorDash driver delivered us salads; I told him this wasn't what we ordered and he told me to go back to the app and request a refund
Hungry and tired, thinking that I ordered through RedRobin.com I thought that would be better to call the Red Robin restaurant. I asked to speak with the manager. Admittedly I was upset.
The manager Ben explained that the DoorDash driver grabbed the wrong order, and helped me contact DoorDash to resolve the situation. He was so polite and understanding that I wasnt upset very much after talking to him.
The DoorDash representative was actually very nice and understanding; but unfortunately it would take 5-7 days to get my money back. That sucks- it takes little time to take your money but more time to return it; however, no one should have told you that life is fair.
So I placed my order again; a little while later, our food came not only as we ordered it, with extra provided by the decision of Ben. THAT is good customer service folks. It really wasn't the fault of RedRobin that I got the wrong order, but they knew that we would be very hungry and he helped us out- which makes us a loyal customer of Red Robin (and you can be also).
In my opinion Bed should be promoted to train other managers; I can count on my fingers how many people has de-escalated/solved a problem as well as Ben.
TIP: when you see poor reviews like "Gracie r" - you can click on their profile link (picture etc.) and see their history i.e. good reviews and bad reviews; if you see all bad reviews, they lack the understanding that Yelp is actually here to support local businesses not whine about ever little human mistake. My teenager had an "impossible burger" (veggie burger) that he liked which was great news- always looking for ways to get that kid to eat his vegetables
Only area of improvement needed were they should clean behind the pay console on the table as there was something sticky behind it / I had to go wash my hands

My wife loves their Avo-Cobb salad which she reports to be delicious. I love their burgers however I am not always in the mood for a burger so today I tried their Shrimp and Cod duo; it tasted like your typical $13 seafood platter except the coleslaw was mostly mayonnaise + it was mixed with the french fries (hot&cold foods don't mix well).
Waitress (Kaleigh M) is an exceptionally good waitress- friendly, efficient & polite.
Full service bar; bar tender has always been polite/pleasant.

Check the bill over carefully. I asked to substitute fresh for the fried jalapeños on a burger. Have done this dozens of times at various Red Robin locations. The server today added a $2 charge to "add" fresh jalapeños. This is incorrect as I SUBSTITUTED and it should not have been an extra charge. Unfortunately, did not notice until after I reviewed my emailed receipt at home. Server needs more training on how to correctly ring up guests. Their prices are on the high side so I do not need additional, random, incorrect charges added to the bill.
In addition, I was not asked even once if I wanted fry refills or drink refills. Had to ask for everything including a napkin and utensils.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

The food was good. I got a royal Red Robin Berger and it was super yummy. I also got a coors drafts which was good. Our waiter was a real dick because the Buffalo bills lost that day and he was wearing that T-shirt. The vibe was low because there wasn't many people there but that's okay, the food was good. Waiter dude was an ass and would not recommend the guy with the military cut and the Buffalo bills shirt on Sundays.

I usually don't love chain restaurants, but this location of Red Robin is excellent all around! They have the best servers. I wish that every restaurant had servers as sweet, fast, and efficient as the ones at the Fayetteville location. This is my favorite place to go with my family, because they have a little something for everyone! It really helps that it is affordable, especially if you have a big family! I highly recommend this restaurant.

My dad found out about their bottomless root beer floats and decided we had to go. It was packed but we didn't have to wait. Our server was nice and continued to check on us- good service is always a bonus. I got the California chicken sandwich but I customized it by switching the grilled for the crispy chicken and it was delicious. The French fries were hot, crispy, and bottomless. If you want endless food, root beer floats, and the largest calorie meal of your life- I completely suggest you bring the family here.

The costumer service in this establishment is more than amazing. I ordered a basic bacon cheeseburger and it was cooked and made to perfection. Whenever I needed something all I needed to do was ask a waiter and they immediately got to it.
