Visited this location for a late lunch on Saturday 2-25-23. We were seated quickly, but it took about 10 minutes to have a member of the wait staff take our drink order. We also placed our food order at this time. 10 minutes later our drinks arrive at the table. 20 minutes later our food arrives. When we are almost finished eating, the waitress walks by and asks if we need anything, we ask for a refill on our waters and a straw. She did not return for another 10 minutes, empty handed. She was a bit rude about having to ring us up because the tablet was disabled at the table. When she brought the receipt we inquired about the total of the bill, she responded we have some price increases that aren't on the menu yet.
The 2 stars are for the food it was hot and good

Normally we love Red Robin. I can't say that tonight.
The hostess was polite. Our server was also polite and we received our drinks and food right away.
However, I didn't finish my sandwich. The bun was had and stale. There was no guacamole. The chicken was dry and didn't taste right.
Now, several hours late, digestively, I'm paying the price.

It is a hit or miss on the food, The staff "waitress/waiters are often distracted and truly do not care wether the food is cold or hot. I used to go here often and had so many bad experiences that I will encourage all and my boosters to avoid. I tried talking with management and they kept telling me to call them with no phone nu# I gave them mine and they said i didn't pick up. All around a clusterf*&^. Since I wanted no compensation from them I thought I would warn the public. It is a poorly ,managed business with ungrateful help. Good Luck!

We went there this week. My wife had a burger. I was going to do the same but asked about the pizza. I was told it was great so I ordered it. it took quite a while to get our food. My wife's burger was just warm and her fries were cold and greasy. My pizza had very thin crust, too much sauce and not much cheese. It was probably the worst pizza I've ever had at a restaurant. Our server asked how it was so I told here it wasn't good. She said she knew but wasn't allowed by policy to tell me.

Me and a group of friends came to Red Robin to have dinner. When me and my friends walked into the establishment, only 5 tables were seated with people. Not very busy at all. Got seated and ordered food right away. Other people who arrived after me and my friends, started to get seated at different tables. The people who arrived after me and my friends were served food first. Me and my friends waited an 1hour to get food. When my order was given to me, it was wrong. I gave my order back to the waiter. After waiting an hour I completely lost my appetite. I was too upset to eat anything. The only positive thing about my night at Red Robin was the waitress who took me and my friends order. The only thing I enjoyed was my tea. Thanks for a bad night. The manager that came out was an idiot who did not seem concern about my group of 3 waiting an hour for food. We were completely chilled and not screaming or yelling our tone was very mature and kind. But again the manager was not caring about our feelings. He just shrugged it off, like he did not care.

Ok, service gotten better! We came in at a decent time where we only had to wait 20 minutes! We ordered 2 burgers because of tap on it deals buy one burger get one burger free!
Because I had spent my money all on makeup... I asked my boyfriend if he wouldn't mind spending his at Red Robin for a buy one get one free! He didn't
I had the whiskey river bbq burger with onion straws only because of me being picky! I also had garlic fries I also had a sunset lemonade and my boyfriend had the royal Red Robin burger without bacon. He was very amazed and ecstatic with how the runny egg yolk came out of his burger! He also added a new drink he likes to his list since he turned twenty one! A red speckled lemonade with citrus vodka!
Now we ordered dessert called the sugar oh doughs it's very cinnamon-y flavored and comes with caramel and hot fudge on the side. My boyfriend had cheesy lovers fondue or cheesy bacon fondue burger with the cheese bacon fondue on the side with the burger and fries. My boyfriend said his burger was terrific!
We witnessed the waitresses cleaning the dishes in kitchen, as we had an open view of the kitchen. We saw that the waitresses were smashing plates and glasses on the ground and kept doing so as we passed by to leave. My boyfriend had open toe shoes or slides on and could've hurt his foot.
We were told that this was normal and nothing was going on but clearly there was something going on and your staff was purposely smashing and destructing your property.

This place is dirty the floors were all sticky and paper trash all over. When my food come it was cold and they was not able to serve food In a timely manner even though the restaurant was practically empty. I asked for sauce and was never brought any the food was sent back to the kitchen and come out hot . Overall the service was lacking I didn't see anyone who looked like management in the restaurant.

Overall a good place, I personally got the chicken strips with steak fries, overall nice chicken strips, not to ratchet, where above and beyond but also weren't bottom tear, nice humbling chicken strip, the fries were swell, nice steak fry, then we got the chicken sandwich which was kind of a bust, didn't have much flavor as the chicken and didn't end up finishing it. Besides that the sweet potato frys were pretty decent. Along with everything we got cheddar bacon queso which was pretty fire. Overall would come again but also not the best thing ever but a nice mediogar satisfaction

Decent services. Horrible Food--i ordered the brisket and chips. It (the appetizer basket looked like a kids snack). It had 15 chips and barely an once of brisket--there was more brisket juice than meat. Paid $10+ for what came out of a lunch size bag of chips. The brisket was also cold. My kids ordered burgers and they got wrong kind of fries and was also cold. I had to stop by another Burger place afterwards because I was still hungry. Definitely not recommend or will I come back

We have hit a point where kids expect $15/hr and restaurants charge $15 per plate. The service was horrible as was the food. Prices are over double of where they should be and RR may feel they are adequate, as they offer "bottomless" sides and drinks. That's if you have a waiter or waitress that cares to stop by your table and not forget about your requests because they were too busy socializing with coworkers. Will not be back. This was their 3rd chance for our family.
