      I have noticed that this restaurant gets a lot of very negative reviews. Through Uber Eats there was a ten dollar off coupon. You had to go pick it up yourself instead of delivery. I ordered the crab legs and two Maine lobster tails with sirloin steak. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Restaurant was caught on fire. So it will be closed until further notice. Some big damage was done.

      They ran out of coke! However the food was really good. I ordered mussels and the ultimate feast which was really great. The waitress we had was really great and on top of things. The manager delivered our food which was so nice of him. If I am ever in the Warren area again I would definitely come back. When we sat at the bar while waiting for a table, it took a long time for our drinks to come.

      Ok, so I'm just starting to lose hope altogether with the Red Lobster franchise. I had an horrible experience altogether at another location about two months ago, but then decided to drive literally 45 minutes to the Hoover location this past weekend, in hopes of a better experience.

      When I first arrived, my party was seated rather quickly, so that was no issue. We sat and waited for 10 minutes before anyone came to ask for drink orders. Now I will say what saved much of the experience was our waiter Cleveland. Once he came over to the table, he was on point. I think that the waiting staff were just so busy and overwhelmed, that he was not able to come to our table right away, and plus the entire time I was there, I just kept looking at Cleveland running back and forth from table to table.

      Back to the concern, so once my party as I sat down, I noticed my boots were stepping on all of this crunching sound under the table. I looked down, it was all types of old food, mushed up biscuits, and anything else you could think of all under the table. It was so gross! However, I informed Cleveland, and he came over with the sweeper and cleaned under the table. I don't understand why the hostess did not notice that.

      So after about 25 - 30 minutes, we received our salads, and had our drink orders, still no biscuits. After about 10 more minutes we did receive biscuits. And then about 15 minutes after that, we received our entrees. The food was good, so I honestly don't have a complaint about that. The reoccurring issue I continue to experience is just horrible customer service, and the wait time. This will be location number 2 that I've tried to give Red Lobster another chance, and it just doesn't seem to be working out. Again, kudos to our waiter Cleveland though, for pulling through and trying as best as possible to be a great server and to be professional.

      My local Red Lobster disappoints again. I thought I'd give this place another chance after a terrible experience here a year ago. There are not a whole lot of restaurants in my neighborhood, so I was hoping things had improved. They have not.

      I ordered the salmon and got pink mush with super thick, fatty, disgusting skin attached. Not to mention, they were out of cheese for the tomato caprese, the sides were cold, the salmon was lukewarm, and we left hungry.

      Yuck. How can you put a dish like that out? So gross. Not coming here again.

      My husband and I had to send back Eve thing we ordered because it was cold. The. When the manager comes over all he said was sorry and do I want some dessert! Save your money and visit the Red Lobster in Madison Heights, Mi. This one sucks!! They need a management overhaul.

      Worst Red Lobster I've gone to. Seriously. Even if you don't read my whole review DON'T. GO. THERE.

      We waited for atleast 25 minutes for biscuits and to order. Our waitress left for another 20 mins before returning. She comes back 45 mins later (no joke) WITHOUT our food to tell us that they're trying to locate where it went because it was taken to another table. We've been here for over an hour and and now we're ready to go, so we tell her we'll just pay for the appetizer we ordered. So she brings back the check and just seems aloof. Like she doesn't really care that we just wasted over an out of our time.

      To top it off, on our way out a family was fussing with the waitstaff and asking for the manager.
      It appears we're not the only people who had a terrible experience. They could have atleast covered the appetizer.

      AVOID THIS PLACE!

      So this Red Lobster opened back up after a fire two weeks ago, and already there are roaches. There was a roach in my daughters food and the manager came to our table and said it was a fried Brussels sprout. A sprout with legs?? SMH yeah I'm pissed, because of the bug and because of insulting my intelligence. The new wait staff is fantastic, but the new management needs to get a clue!! She offered to remake it, and not take it off the bill. She then stated that she does not do bugs!! SMH lady your at a restaurant are you kidding me...well I guess the old saying of eating at home will definitely take precedence because even a new built establishment has old filthy ways and untrained managers. So please beware before dinning here!!

      I placed an order to be delivered at 3 pm. It's now 6 and I haven't heard anything. I have called and called and called and no one answers, or it hangs up, or it's busy. I emailed and no response. So I'm just out $55??? Red lobster shouldn't be accepting orders if they can't handle it.

      I have called them 12 times attempting to find out why my order is 4 hours late.

      Had an absolutely fabulous meal! Server was friendly and attentive -Tia was fantastic. Food was perfect. We both ordered create your own feasts. I had the crab legs, lobster tail, wood grilled shrimp and scampi. Hubs got scallops instead of the crab legs. All was perfect and amazing. Loved the poke bowl appetizer as well. Kids each ate 2 biscuits and ate their whole plate of chicken fingers. So happy we decided to go there. Perfect afternoon and perfect meal!
