Red Lobster

Went to Rapid so stopped at the old stomping grounds before leaving town. It's been over 10 years since I've worked or ate at The Lobster. It was a little weird to walk in and see the same floor plan 6 states away. Skyler, our server, was super nice and helpful. My partner drank the Lobster punch before he tried my Bahama Mama and then ordered that for his next round. I went in wanting the Lobster Pizza but they changed it up a little and now it's flat bread, still tastes great and this is coming from me who doesn't like lobster or tomatoes. For our main dish Rola ordered the Lobster Linguine and I ordered the Endless Shrimp. I tried the new Crispy Sea Salt Vinegar, I had about half but I just couldn't grow a liking to them. For my other choices I stuck with my favorites, shrimp skewer, scampi, and popcorn. Food was hot, fresh, and prompt. The restaurant was clean inside and out.

The food was okay but the floors were filthy and our server was less than stellar. Had to ask three times for bread and by the time it arrived we were done eating and then the server just disappeared. We sat for a very long time waiting for our ticket and a take out box. Disappointed.

Came In at 535 and was seated at 628 and the only reason I was actually seated was because I had to remind the hostess that we were up next in the order and that we were supposed to be sat 20 minutes ago

They're practicing social distancing and make you wait outside or in the car for a table and staff wear masks. Our waitress was incredibly nice and accommodating. Food came out quickly, was fresh, and was great. The only thing I'd suggest is that they update their hours online to reflect covid hours and to put cucumbers and tomatoes on the house salad.

We have stopped by numerous times, while waiting for our Tesla to charge at the nearby supercharger. The service is always great, but this time around we had to wait for a while. No good area to wait at - people were crammed in the waiting area, and the bar, where we decided to wait, was tiny. The restaurant seemed a bit understaffed.

Absolutely the worst food I ever put in my Mouth!!! I ordered the Bar Harbor Lobster fest! It was over cooked and Un-Seasoned!!! I will never eat at a Red Lobster again!!! I hate to keep going on but Seriously It tasted like Un-Seasoned baby food!!!

The 1 Star is for the Staff; they were pleasant and Helpful! It's not their fault the chefs can't cook! My Dog could have prepared a better meal; They also would have refused to eat that meal...Go At your own Risk!! We should have stayed in line @ Texas Roadhouse!!

over priced slop. The food was not up to my expectations for the price that is charged. you don't even get a salad.. I had fish and chips and I think they forgot give me the whole order. I have always been a little supect of this place, now I will not ever return.

My experience at Red Lobster was to say the least memorable. I went with my father and we ordered the Garlic Crab Linguine. It did had little flavor, and the flavor it did have was of the crab (if it even was crab) which ruined any chance of redemption the pasta had. For 75$ (not including tip) you would expect a good meal and good service, neither of which we received.

This is a pretty good Red Lobster. The restaurant was very clean and we appreciated that they kept the tables spread out during COVID. The service was friendly and all the food was good. They could cut back a bit on the salt on the biscuits, but that would be my only complaint.

This was my first time ever at red lobster and we were seated fairly quick but never got a server to greet us or even get us drinks. After 20 minutes of looking over the menu still no server so we decided to get up and leave. Just wanna give a big thanks to "frank" our server!
