If you haven't had your weekly dose of grease intake, the fried food at Red Lobster is the way to go! :)
No, really, it was pretty good as Red Lobster restaurants go, but I have to say the service was very good! (YAAAAY Jen!!) Our drinks were refilled just the right amount of times, the food was freshly made, and everything came out in a very timely manner. In fact, it actually could have come out a little slower between the salads and entrees, but that was fine. We sat for awhile after dinner and never felt rushed.
My son loves the Garlic Grilled Shrimp with rice and baked potato, which all are GLUTEN-FREE for those of you with Celiac Disease or otherwise on the gluten free diet.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Kev L.Centerville, OH247658146Jul 13, 2009First to Review
Pretty impressive when the seafood gumbo at Red Lobster taste authentic when compared with that of other cajun/creole restaurants in the city.
On the other hand, that should tell you how pathetic "Jazz" and the other wannabe Louisiana kitchens in the area are.
Other than that, the cheddar biscuits are highly delicious. Otherwise, it's sub par seafood.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mike M.Kansas City, MO557Jan 17, 2010
I went here because I won a gift card at work in a contest. Small portions for the price, and the Coconut shrimp were so sweet I had to scrape off the toppings. They also came with a sickly sweet sauce, I had to ask for normal cocktail sauce Everything was sweetened, the rolls, the butter etc. This is dumbed down cuisine for those who don't like how food really tastes. Even with the $40 gift card dinner for myself and my son came to almost $60, with no alcohol. Meh with a gift card, but it would be terrible to think I spent $60 on this meal.

Went here for my wife's graduation with the family... Took a while to get our appetizers, but it was great... Then took forever for our salads, but when we did get the our main course came out right on top of them... By the time we finished our salads my mothers food was cold,my lobster was rubbery and my sisters veggies were not steamed... The main course of all five meals were great, but the sides were cold... Spoke with the manager and he was AWESOME.... Took care of part of our bill and gave us free desserts... Service was sub par but management was awesome... I will be back to try it again....
