I dealt with them as the seller to their client who used these two sisters for their agent as well as their lender to buy my house. Unprofessional, gave us a song and dance about how easy it would be for their client as the one sister was the agent and the other sister was the lender and that they could make the deal go so smoothly. Talk about silver tongue!!
But when things got complicated, the lender sister got all pouty when people started yelling at her because the "easy loan" didn't pan out to be so easy for her and she wouldn't take calls. When you're a week late in your closing projection, then you're going to get yelled at. And her answer to my agent when she wouldn't return his call? "Well, I have a life too". Totally unprofessional!!
For those of you whose primary language is Spanish, NO BUENO, NO BUENO, NO BUENO. Go somewhere else.
