I have never had a bad experience here, though nothing spectacular either. The prices are typical of any furniture place.
I have bought a couch and many movies from RC Wiley. I am a big fan of the clearance sections they have since this is where I got my couch from. Even on clearance I was still able to get the fabric protection. Even got an additional 10% off for taking it home that day.
But mostly I come here for the movie deals. I have signed up for their emails because the best movie deals are online only for in-store pick up.
the emails typically come through early morning on Wednesday and will generally have the latest big movie on sale (limited qty). yesterday I was able to get the Pixar film "HOME" on blu-ray for $14.95 plus tax (this was the 3 in 1 version that includes bluray, dvd, and digital copy).
I figured since I was in the store I would walk around a bit, and turns out they have a little cafe in the store. I think this is really great, since a trip to the furniture store can turn into a couple hours real quick. They do have a small breakfast menu as well as handmade sandwiches available for lunch. Today the special was a sandwich, chips and drink for $6.

Let me just start by saying Dekembe was amazing from start to finish. Before we knew it, we were on the way to the cashier's and on our way.
I hate shopping for furniture ect, but this young man made it painless.
They were running a special and we got a deal on what we were looking at. He didn't try and stray us in any direction or upsell like a used car sales man. He showed us all available models for what we were looking for and it was delivered the before the end of the week. For an additional fee they will build it for you too! That's the best for busy less patient individuals like myself.

I am not a happy customer
We bought a 5 piece sofa set In July of last year, well we paid for the sofa in July but delivery did not come untill December, since then we have had issues with the reclining part of the sofa, but all of a sudden they don't service the sofa where I live, they delivered it, but won service it. I even called the corporate office in Utah and they were just as shitty to me as customer service in Reno was.
Never again......

Proceed with caution when dealing with RC Willey. While we initially purchased flooring from them, the installation process left much to be desired. The workers who were sent to install the flooring encountered setbacks, including their truck breaking down, which delayed the process. While understandable, what followed was disappointing.
The workers were not careful with our furniture, and unfortunately, our baseboards ended up damaged in the process. Despite attempts to rectify the situation, the outcome was less than satisfactory. Caulking was left on the walls, and although the manager promised a return visit to address the issue, we were informed that we would need to repaint the walls and damaged baseboards ourselves.
Had the installation been executed with greater attention to detail and care, the need for additional repairs and painting could have been avoided entirely. Regrettably, RC Willey fell short in taking full accountability for the situation.
Given our experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend RC Willey's services to others. When choosing a provider for home improvements, it's crucial to prioritize accountability and quality craftsmanship, qualities that were lacking in our dealings with RC Willey. My parents bought from RC Willey years ago so when I needed a bed I thought I would go there. What a mistake.
I bought a frame, box spring and mattress for a reasonable price. I like a firm mattress. This one is what I would describe as medium firm which was firm enough for me.
It was fine for about two months and then quickly became soft as a marshmallow. I woke up with terrible low back pain every day. I went back to RC Willey and told them. They said it had a 10 year warranty. They sent a guy out with what looked like a one ounce fishing sinker with fishing line. He stretched it out across the bed. Well obviously the mattress is not going to sink when it is under such little weight. It sinks when I lay down on the mattress.
Unsurprisingly, about a week and a half later I received a letter stating that there is no defect and they would not be replacing the mattress.
Sadly, about six months after buying this junk from RC Willey, I was at a local mattress company buying a firm mattress. They told me they won't even stock the brand I bought at RC Willey. The new mattress is wonderful. I only wish I had bought locally to begin with.

Manufacturers require body impressions within in a specific measurement when it comes to warranties.

Oct 26, 2022Previous reviewThank you Tom, again, a kind and fantastic salesman with excellent customer service skills. My friend Pat came in to look for a special chair, to replace a beloved chair her husband had. It was time to say goodby to his chair and move on with life and find a new chair for Pat. She has been in a couple of times before, but today she was shopping with me....haha. We stopped and stood in front of a beautiful light blue leather chair and foot stool. Wow!!!!! It was beautiful!
Pat sat down in it and it fit her body perfectly. She has a lovely home and this style would be a wonderful addition to her white leather sofa. I asked Tom if the price could be dropped a bit. He spoke to his manager and the price was reduced...what??? Pat said yes to the chair and it will arrive on Friday. Another successful shopping find at RC Willey. Thank you again Tom, for making my friend Pat's shopping experience, to be so wonderful.

A great place for furniture, appliances, TVs, indoor or outdoor furniture, and BBQ items. This store has a large variety of items.
You are almost always greeted by an employee. Oftentimes, they have wonderful sales with rebates on multiple items. Sometimes you can double up and do both a sale and a rebate. No customer service whatsoever. I bought a new washer dryer which wasn't properly installed, leaking and returned. Not only do they not return your full amount they deduct rd$500.00 for apparently a restocking fee ( for a damaged product)I have been fighting for 2 weeks and like an idiot repurchased a new w/d which I love but would love to be reimbursed for my original cost! Do not use RC Willy!!! They do not care about the cu just the$$$$

They have a beautiful showroom with everything you could possibly need to fill a new home. I have been here several times with my folks to look at various items for their place. They ordered a really nice TV console and glass tables for their living room and dining room. Everything was delivered when promised and came with satisfaction guarantees. The first set of dining chairs that arrived with the table didn't go well with the dining room, and there was no hassle to switch them out. While awaiting the new set of chairs, they were able to keep the first set so only one new in home visit was needed. Customer service was friendly and easy to deal with. The store is huge and fun to walk through.

P.S. We ordered a replacement from another company. If RC Willey ever bothers to repair the chair we bought from them, then we will have two of them. Until then, it will sit in the garage.
