Oh God! I have been here 3 times, only 1 time I've liked their customer service. The first time I went, I got this little blonde guy who seemed to not enjoy his job at all!! He would make smart comments whenever my boyfriend & I asked him questions, like if we were stupid! Hey buddy, if I knew the answer, I wouldn't be asking! The second time I went, it went well. Got assistance and some tips, obviously it was not the same guy who helped us out the first time. We went again about 2 weeks ago, and who did we get "help" from? The same guy that "helped" us at the beggining. We asked if he could help us out with giving us some codes, as the check engine light was on and there was NO sign saying they couldnt do it. Again, he gave us a nasty smart attitude, and bottom line said no. We asked for a phone number, that was previously given to us the previous time we went, and in a rude way, he gave us the number. If he does not like his job, then why is he there? I was about to go yesterday but decided not to, because of him.

I went to return 2 un-opened parts which I purchased previously, They refused the return after stating at the time of purchase that they could be returned. After i mentioned that they said that i could return them when i purchased them, due to the fact that I wasn't sure if i needed them. The employee and manger were very rude to me. I was shocked how rude they were considering the thousands of dollars i spent there..... obviously customer service is not what this company is about
