William is an excellent agent and I highly recommend going to him with any auto insurance questions you may have!

If I could give this place a ZERO I would !!!!!!
Do not go to this place. They help you when it comes time to taking your money but when they mess up they just tell you sorry there's nothing we can do I can transfer you to the insurance.I recently lost my card and literally 2 days before my payment was due. They sure called me and said "sir your card got declined " I said oh yes I got a new debit card. Here it is. Please update my info.

Next month comes and payment doesn't come out. I call the first time to see what what going on. They said we'll call you back. They never did so I called back and Bianca answered. I explained that the payment has not been processed and wanted to see what was going on. She said my policy had been canceled because payment got declined. I explained to her that I had updated it last month because I got a new debit card. WELL SIR WHO DOD YOU TALK TO??? She's like well there's nothing I can do . I can transfer you them. Pushed me off and sent me to the insurance company which never answered the phone.
They are good to take your money but when it comes down to helping you they brush you off.
This place should be called ADRIANAS insurance. Mind you I've never left a review anywhere so don't think I do this on the regular. I'm just so pissed that I've had them for over 4 years. And what would have happened if I would have gotten in an accident on my way home. Absolute trash.

I emailed Aury at Rapid and she responded quickly, she was very polite and professional after a couple emails and sending her scans of a few documents, she came back with a monthly rate that was half of the lowest quote I was given by other companies. It was quite nice to be able to do this through email as I had spent hours on the phone already getting quotes which were all out of my budget
She had another agent (unfortunately I forget his name) call me to take my billing information and finalize the deal. he was also very professional and helpful, I am all insured for half the price of their competitors.
So, so far I am quite impressed

Guys work fast, productive and not expensive! I just have joined our collab I hope it's gonna work well))) if not, I will write down how does it goes boo

See, I haven't even logged into Rapid Insurance but some other site and they called + texted me... that's the wrong way to start...

you should spend money to on ads so the ppl to lure the customers and not intrude other people and waste their precious time... yea I know you are going to say "oh... I was just trying to help" you know what? peace off

I used Amigo Insurance with Rapid Insurance but my Insurance dock also said Clear Blue Insurance.

Rapid Insurance customer service was ok, the Insurance didn't cover anything it just made it so I was legal to drive. Amigo Insurance was HORRIBLE!!! I had the worst experience I could possibly have. With that said, I wish I never used this insurance company, who linked me to Amigo Insurance.

Amigo Insurance wasted so much of my time and money. I understand money is a good reason to go with this insurance and at the end of the day that was my reason. But through the longterm I ended up wasting money instead. My monthly premium was not what I agreed to in the beginning. It went higher every month with no explanation.

I give very sure 5 stars and two thumbs up for these two guys- Eli and Sergio in the office!

These two really worked hard to not only help me but also to get the deal from me. But they were never too pushy or aggressive which I really appreciate. They were extra patient with all the calls & texts over a week. They were polite, nice, kind, and respectful handling my new insurance.

Shopping for car insurance can be much a headache, but I am so glad I found them (actually they reached out to me first). Trust me, I have talked to multiple of them. Even though I have not met them, I know they are very professional and truely wish them the best business!!
