I have been a customer for over 10 years and they have never steered me wrong. When I call with questions Brad always researches my issue and returns my call in a very timely matter. I've had questions about my soon-to-be driver and what that will do to my rates, policy changes, and premium changes and I am never disappointed. Brad is compassionate and understanding even when the message isn't what I want to hear. My husband lost his license for a time and when I called to discuss with Brad, I never felt like he was being judgmental. I do believe that he is very genuine and really cares about his customers. I always make it a point to tell anyone looking for insurance to check them out, even my mother. They have definitely found a loyal customer here and I wish them much continued success because they deserve it.
