Ramos Furniture

I came in over a week ago looking for a new new couch set and had a great experience and wanted to share on Yelp! Adriana was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I knew what I wanted and she spent a lot of time showing me the different options of sectionals and sofa beds. I had already been to three other furniture stores and was trying to find the right set along with the right price and I definitely found that at Ramos Furniture.

I have not received my sofa set yet, so cannot speak on delivery but I was very happy with the Adriana and her top-notch customer service!

I will update review once I receive the furniture.

WARNING DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!
My wife and I purchased a $2900 recliner sofa and recliner love seat in April 2023 and 2 weeks of having them the back of the recliners broke then the feet part get stuck and won't go back down and a thick piece of wood on the seat part completely broke apart (see picture below) and we have called them every day for the past 2 1/2 weeks and they keep making excuses for someone not to come out then last year we spent almost $4000 on a bedroom set and the wood is breaking on the bed frame (see picture below) SO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF.

I honestly love the atmosphere of this place, everything looks nice and well put, I can say these workers are everything you need for a good sales pitch, they seem so down to earth and friendly. I can also say this store had furniture as far as the eye can see! Everywhere I looked seemed like a new oppurtunity for my living room, I love the amount of options and colors they have, the have bright, bold, small and big! I can defiently recommend this place if your looking for a change of pace compared to other big deal furniture store. Andriana helped me alot with my decisions on what to pick, she showed me what was perfect for my aesthetic, she was relatable and knew how to connect with people, I would like to say I would defiently come here again.

Do NOT buy ANYTHING here. Like my Dad would always say, "it's highway robbery". Cheap furniture at premium prices. Unfriendly staff. Rose took advantage of my senior uncle. She sold him a piece of CRAP office chair for $250!!!!!! "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" was hand written on the receipt. Can't do anything about it.

Girlfriend & I came in For A New Year deal 2021, Nice Hispanic Lady helped us get the reclining couch we wanted for our living room. The location is nicely located on El Camino & Kiely at the Moonlight center shopping plaza. The lady made the experience easy. The price is Fair. The delivery time was within 12 days which is reasonable. I would definitely support this business in the near future & recommend my friends and family

This is the worst furniture shop to buy stuff. They delivered me a broken dinning table. I called their aervice and went to the shop atleast 100 times but they never showed up and never fixed the thing. Its been more than 7-8 months now and my broken furniture is still lying there in my house. I paid $900 for a broken furniture and the worst service ever.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

Bad customer service, bad furniture, and frustrating experience.

I wanted to like this place. Had a great experience when I went in to buy, but it turned out to be a horrible overall experience.

Went in to pick up my dresser: they were understaffed and unable to help me get it in my truck(though they said they would when we bought it) I offered to help as long as the product was out of the box they had it in. But they wouldn't take it out of the box. The lady was rude about all my suggestions and even continued to argue with me as I was trying to exit the store.

Manager called and I thought he was awesome because he said he would deliver the dresser instead. Great!

Sigh: always have them open the box before excepting the delivery. Dresser broken:/ he won't pick it back up even though I called as soon as I unpacked it. I said I wouldn't be able to return it for a few days... that's fine he said and you can pick out another nice dresser then?!? I think not. This place is horrible and I'm stuck looking at the broken dresser (instead of using it) in my house for two more days:/
at least they are waiving the restocking fee? Too bad they can't give me all my wasted time back!

Took forever to deliver and bad service.
I'm really not happy with the customer service. They promised the bed in 2 weeks but it took a month to receive it only after several phone calls. I was not happy with the size of the bed, I ordered a twin bed but the bed is bigger and the mattress I bought is smaller than the bed.
Go somewhere else, they're not worth your time and patience.

This place lags for delivery, won't answer the phone and they are not professional.

We ordered couches that weren't available but we didn't know that. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere

I was told I was gonna get my stuff within 2 months after purchasing... when the time came after me going back every time they said 2 months it's finally been 9 MONTHS THAT I GET MY STUFF
