Went to Ramon's Furniture to look for a quality bedroom set. I was very impressed by the quality and pricing. I loved the showroom wide variety. I can't say how friendly, professional and helpful our representative Carlos Guzman was. He guided us through the whole process to get approval for financing. I would highly recommend to anyone to go with him as your sales representative. Thank you Carlos for the help

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. From the manager, to Charlie, to Carlos, to whoever else fucking works there. They are terrible with customer service. They love to argue with customers. Their prices are overpriced and don't even come to them if your furniture is damaged because they are NO HELP. Just money hungry fucks if you ask me, I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER BY ANYTHING FROM ANY RAMOS LOCATION. But this one takes the cake!

The delivery service is very bad, we went to buy a sofa and I got distracted with my daughter and when I returned back they told my wife that they had to make the delivery because the credit company required it and we were already prepared to take it with us because they already made the order and they told us that they would be delivering at 4 or early @ three o'clock, I left an hour before work to wait for them and they didn't arrive until after 8:30 pm it's sad not to support our community business but I believe that it is something that is not going to change

Yeah, I wish I would have looked at the reviews before we got a bed from them. It broke within the first year and it was like pulling teeth to get it fixed even though it was under warranty.

We had to walk into the store and bring photos of the broken couch when everything could have emailed as we did after the initial get together with the store manager, Reyna.

Also, despite Ramos Furniture having the ability to drop off a product you bought from them, they don't have "the ability" to pick up your broken product, fix it and then bring it back. You have to do that yourself and hope they finish same day before 3pm.

Staff also wasn't very communicative and we were ghosted multiple times which slowed down the process of getting our product fixed. I felt like they didn't care about us after we bought something from them.

Also, we had to jump through all these hoops as if they want to inconvenience their customers in hopes that they change their mind about the warranty and either deal with the broken item or give up and throw it out

After the bed was fixed they wanted us to pay for a dumping fee which was not mentioned up front when we initially sat down with Reyna and talked about the warranty process. She also didn't say anything about this dumping fee when they called us and to say the bed was ready for pick up, but all of a sudden there's a "dumping fee"?!

All in all I'm glad this is over. I'd much rather sleep on the floor for the rest of my life than ever go back. At least the floor would has a less chance of breaking than any bed they sell.

The sales people just want your money. They don't tell you anything ,after we bought a mattress. The driver comes doesn't speak. English won't help me move the old mattress. I called the sales person they said oh we don't move mattresses and we don't take them away and she didn't tell us that,if she would've told us that I would've known don't go to this furniture store !!

Very good business, and they're very kind. Especially the employee Gustavo. He was very nice and helped me a lot. I will definitely come back and that guy gustavo deserves a raise

Ramos furniture is by far the best place to get your furniture. They have a wide variety of furniture to choose from. I purchased a couch a year ago, and it is wonderful. I looked at other furniture stores for the same couch, but it was a few hundred more, so I went with Ramos. I was so delighted by Joselyn's service that I went and got a whole new furniture set for my bedroom. Not only did Joselyn do a fantastic job getting me the right furniture, I was able to save around $700 instead of going to Ashely Furniture. Saved on Shipping too. For $129 they set everything up and did a great job on top of that too. For all your furniture needs, go to Ramos Furniture. They are amazing!

My family been going here for years and been going directly to Carlos, on Sunday me and my partner went to looking for a bed and bed frame and carlos was really helpful and we were satisfied when we left we got our bed we wanted and now were just waiting for it to get delivered I highly recommend going to Ramos furniture!

Horrible customer service. Walked in on a Wednesday night and a older Hispanic lady followed us around the store without introducing herself or being helpful. She gave us the highest quote from other furniture stores in the area and the latest delivery. I would recommend any other furniture store in San Jose. Never coming here again.
