Farmers Insurance - Tina Purwin

I've known Tina Purwin for over 15 years. First noticing her in my gym working out harder than most people, we struck up a conversation. When I bought a new home (well, an old home in the Happy Valley section of Newhall to be exact) I turned to Tina for coverage. Here's where things got interesting: the first thing Tina suggested was that we should have our old shingle roof replaced not only to get better home coverage but she explained that what we had, a roof that brushed up to a dozen trees, was a fire hazard. The interesting part is my husband is a fire chief. I learned to trust Tina's expertise, hard work and professionalism and remain her loyal customer.

Tina has been my insurance agent for 25 years. i don't even compare prices with other insurance companies (don't tell her that) because having her as my agent is worth so much to me. She is super knowledgeable, calls my attention to any discounts i might be eligible for, and is immediately responsive whenever i call for something. (Too bad she's not my doctor!) Absolutely goes the extra mile. And her staff is great too. If you're looking for an insurance agent, i can't recommend Tina highly enough

Great service. She resolved an issue with our mortgage company. She kept us in the loop on where we we're at with the issue and followed up multiply times after it was corrected. Wonderful service and will recommend her to friends.

Tina Purwin has handled my insurance since 1995. She has always been there to answer any question or concern with clarity and patience. I own properties in another state and I have been very frustrated trying to find an insurance agent there that comes up to Tina's standards.

Tina's the best. I can call her any time and get help. The office help is great as well. The best customer service around.
