JD flooring did an excellent job on my floors. I loved the simplicity & fluidity of the entire process. I'm a busy nurse & single mother, who is always on the go. JD Flooring staff kept me updated with pictures and timelines. I can really appreciate good communication & customer service. And my wood floors are immaculate! Thanks JD! I loved working with you guys.

Jason and his crew did a wonderful job. It is evident that Jason cares about his customers. He explains and he listens to their needs. Each day the crew showed exactly at the time Jason would say. He would text us to give us an ETA each time. I also liked that he would also tell us what was going to happen and how long it would take. The job they did was truly superb. It was fun to see the changes as the work progressed. We had some truly ugly stains on the original wood floors which were only uncovered once wall to wall carpet was pulled out. They made them disappear! We love the results. Jason and his workers are true professionals and much fun to have around. We were dreading this project and it turned out to be a lot easier than anticipated thanks to Jason and his team. We highly recommend them.

Jason and his team are second to none! A lot of companies around town provide only some of the services needed, most either install new flooring or only sand and refinish. JD's Flooring is one of the rare companies that can accommodate any services related to hardwood. Whether it's repairs or tying new flooring to old seamlessly, whatever you desire can be taken care of!

Put in 2 rooms of engineered pre-finished hardwood in my old house! Jason and two on his crew, brothers Eddie and Irving, worked efficiently and professionally to get the job done on a tight timeline. Jason suggested laying the floor in a different direction so that future flooring could be laid more easily - a suggestion that made so much obvious sense. This company worked in tandem with another flooring company, Bird's Eye Floor, to get this job done on my very tight deadline.

Jason and his team installed wood in my kitchen, sanded all the floors, and then stained all the floors! Jason came the same day I asked for a quote and was visible throughout the entire project until the very end. His team was very professional and personable while working in my home and it was enjoyable speaking to all of them every day they were here. Finally, I couldn't be happier with the finished product. Very well done and thank Jason for such a positive experience.

JDs Flooring just refinished my 60 year old, white oak floors. It was a twist of fate and an alignment of the stars....or lack of professionalism on the part of another floor finishing company and a cancellation on the books of JDs Flooring that brought us together.

JDs crew perfectly laced in a 2.5' X 8' matching flooring to correct a mess in my living room. Their work was so incredible that you would never know that part of the floor isn't original. It is so perfect that I didn't have the floors stained. They removed years of abuse from three of my hardwood floors. They are BEAUTIFUL! AND..they started on Tuesday and were finished by Friday morning. This may seem longer than necessary but they had to work around me living in the house while they were refinishing my floors.

The owners, JD and Phillip, are incredibly thoughtful and willing to work with any obstacles you might have. Their crew was just as professional. They left my floors looking very close to brand new (some character is expected after 60 years!) and NO MESS...No dust, no trash, just beautiful floors!

Jason refinished floors in our living room, foyer, office, and a small second story bathroom in April 2016. We had him put down a blended stain everywhere except the bathroom, which was kept natural. In addition to the refinish job, he repaired radiator holes in the dining room and office, as well as fixed some water damage to the floor in the bathroom.

The floors were in rough shape, but we felt really good about using him based on his confidence when he initially bid the job. In the end, he completed the job and did everything that he said he was going to do.

The following issues were what drove my less than stellar review -
1.) Polyurethane was dripped in approximately 20 spots on our carpeting up the stairs. It seems like he set down a bucket on the carpet that had been sitting in wet polyurethane. I have been slowly getting it out with goof-off for the last week (total pain).
2.) He came back over after the job was done to "fix" bubbles in the final polyurethane coat. It looks like he just put another light coat over the top, which did't fix anything. You can still see the bubbles.
3.) In the bathroom there are dog hairs, human hairs, and a piece of grass in the finish. This is part was particularly frustrating because he said that he was going to fix it when he came back out. The human hair was actually funny because it is about 5 inches long - how do you miss that?
4.) The are a few small pebbles in the finish in the office.
5.) There are a bunch of spots in the bathroom where the base polyurethane coat has drips/runs.
6.) The repair in the bathroom isn't great. Jason told me to "hire and master carpenter." This was confusing because he charged me for the repair.

In the end, he did the job that was promised - it just didn't turn out that great.

Awesome company! Even better person! After I had another company(crestwood flooring---do not use them)do an install and stain of hardwood in my kitchen remodel I was not happy with the match of existing hardwood. The first company never showed up to fix the issue as they promised .While Jd's was down the street I requested for him to come down and take a look. He not only came down and looked, but gave me an amazing price. He squeezed me into his busy schedule and did amazing work. He knew I had a deadline to be done by. Not only did he re-sand what the other company did, he spent a lot of time custom creating the stain color to match the older hardwood throughout the house. He would not give up until it was 100:/:. He kept me inform d throughout the entire process. Floor looks great and will be using Jd's flooring again.

Expected better. Left wood stain on our walls. Split Polyurethane on our carpet. Only positive was that the crew showed up on time.
