Black Cloud Tattoo Piercing and Supply

I came in as a walk-in on my birthday to get a tattoo and my friends both got piercings. Everyone in the shop was friendly & welcoming. One of my friends had already visited this shop a few months ago and the tattoo artist remembered her which I loved to see that the artists truly connect with their clients. I have a few tattoos and this one was nearly painless. Carlos took his time placing my tattoo and making sure it was centered in its location. I would definitely come back in the future!

It was my first time at Black Cloud . Christian was phenomenal! He was courteous and very knowledgeable . He made my ear piercing a great experience! I will be returning for other service!!

This was my second piercing from Black cloud! I've been to their concord mills location and this time was my first experience at the plaza! Very easy, walked in waited 20 minutes and got my belly button pierced! The staff was very nice and helpful!

Staff was great. Really nice. Shop was clean and felt at ease. Quick service too. Walked in, wanted my nose pierced, and was out in like 20-25 minutes. They explained everything and then aftercare steps. Would go back.

My best friend and I decided to get spur of the moment piercings and decided to call this place and inquire. We were going to get our belly buttons re pierced and were told it was $45 with a basic ring. We arrived at this studio since it was the closest to my friends apartment. This location is the smallest out of all their locations, and unless you are really looking for this location, you can easily miss it and drive right past it. They do have parking in the back, which we did as the right, was small and already parked with cars. We walked inside, and there were quite a few people sitting down waiting to get something done. We arrived around 2:30pm and were seen about 3:10ish. There were two people in front of us who were getting piercings as well. Daniel, the piercer was awesome! He made everything super simple, from explaining what he was doing and why, and giving recommendations on other piercings we inquired about. Very professional, and everything was sanitized. I will be coming back to get another piercing, and I definitely recommend this shop!

I had a few piercings done by Q who was great! Very accommodating and patient. Had a great experience and would recommend to friends. Happy with the results and my piercings are doing great. :)

Thanks to the manager Amanda, I can't give this place ENOUGH stars! I've been researching a place to take my 14 year old daughter to get a nose piercing. I was looking for evident experience, professionalism and customer service. I get that may have been asking for a lot but I'm glad I didn't settle because our experience with Black Cloud encompassed all of those!

First of all, their website is actually a functioning website with current and sufficient information. This is apparently not a common thing. Secondly, when I called someone actually answered the phone, also not common. (You can even text to the same number)Thirdly, not only did someone answer the phone I was able to talk directly to a manager. Amanda was upbeat, friendly, thorough when answering my questions and acted like she really cared if we gave them our business and more importantly that we had a good experience.

I felt good about taking her there and stopped in the next day to see what kind of vibe I got. They were pretty busy but not in a chaotic way. I was easily acknowledged with minimal wait. The person I spoke with gave me the same info Amanda did over the phone which made me feel good. She was very personable and professional. I was sold and brought my daughter back the very next day for her first piercing.

They only take walkins and open at noon. We got there at 1pm on a Friday. Good timing because there was no wait. Amanda acknowledged us immediately and walked us through signing the underage waiver online. She was funny, personable, professional and I was delighted when I realized she was doing the piercing. She was so confident and her personableness put both my daughter and me at ease.

She explained everything she was going to do before she did it. It took a few seconds.

This place was clean, parking seemed to fit clientele. Amanda wore a mask and gloves during the piercing. Her nose piercing was $40 and we bought the saline solution not sure about the cost but our total was $53. I don't know if I'll ever get a piercing or tattoo but if I do I won't hesitate to go to Black Cloud. They have multiple locations and clearly know what they are doing. Oh yeah she quizzed my daughter to ensure she understood the aftercare instructions!

Quick- last minute - impromptu tattoo for $100 was very much worth it, artist is very talented and staff is very friendly!

I've always wanted a hoop nose ring but had no idea how to choose or install one. I called and asked if they had them, she gave me the price and details and I showed up within in 5 min.

You knock on the door when they get there, I was greeted and asked what color I wanted. She did a quick look at my nose hole and picked out a ring for me.

Went back, sat in the chair, pulled my mask down exposing my nose but covering my mouth and it took like 45 seconds to put in.

I paid, did some small chat and left a happy customer. The ring was $15.95 and install was $5 + tax.

Kenyetta was great! I'll be back.

I love that it was a walk in. The artist are very knowledgeable The atmosphere is great. I appreciate the artist going step by step during the process. I will definitely visit again!!!
