What a great way to start the day on the Cape! I noticed the class on the beach yesterday and saw the kindness that Wendy showed to a very young yogi and decided to try the class today. Fantastic! The setting is glorious! Facing the water, a cool breeze, the scent of the sea and the sound of the waves. What could be better?! Wendy led a great class and was quick with modifications if needed. Go! Enjoy!

I just had a Pilates class here. I've been doing yoga for almost 3 years and I know I'll be sore tomorrow. Wendy is very enthusiastic. I'm going to try to get as many classes in that I can in the 2 weeks I am here. Great place!
Add a PS: I have a bad left knee. Just noticed I'm walking without a limb and no pain. Thanks.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Nancy M.Boston, MA07Jun 18, 2015First to Review
Very Wendy yoga and art studio just opened up this week right on Rt. 28 in S. Chatham near the Harwich line. (I think it used to be a Irish retail store) It's very different than other nearby yoga facilities which are in strip malls and pretty impersonal. I was looking for something entirely different and low key and I have found it. The studio itself is housed in a typical Cape Cod-style bungalow and decorated beautifully. Wendy is lovely, not really "new age-y" (just "yogi-cool if you know what I mean!) and knows her stuff. I"m a runner and a cyclist and use yoga and pilates to stretch out and this place was perfect for me. I took a basic yoga and yin class on Tuesday and an yin/pilates class today and they were low key, relaxing, and very challenging. I'm so excited to have this a few miles down the road. What a great addition to the elbow!!

Awesome slow flow and meditation class this morning. Great relaxing music, lavender eye pillows for final relaxation pose. Motivational and inspiring.

Having decided to get back in shape and tried different workout establishments, this Spring a new Yoga Studio opened up right up the street from me. I was totally drawn to checking it out and it has been one of the best decisions I have made for myself ever! I love the fact that Wendy worked with me on what my abilities and limitations have been and now I am feeling so much stronger, more flexible and finally losing some "inches" and a few pounds. I started out with the Stretch/Flexibilty class and beginner yoga to get "warmed up". I have now been doing the Pilates for 3+ weeks 2-3 times a week and it works! I am totally hooked. The Yoga is not Hot Power Yoga, I tried it, and I prefer Wendy's teaching style. A great place to relax and connect with your mind and body. Woohoo Wendy way to go! By the way I am 60 years old, I have exercised my whole life but as you get older working out comfortably changes, at Wendy's it is very comfortable, I don't hurt, I feel great!
