Just got a house inspected by R Eyes Home Inspections. Needed to get the house inspected right away , Robert worked around MY schedule.Setting up the appointment was super easy. He was on time, and did a fantastic job with the inspection. His detailed inspection report was in my inbox in less then 24 hours. Great experience overall - 100 percent satisfied. This guy is good, and does quality work - you wont be disappointed.

I am extremely disturbed at the lengths this guy went to when inspecting my listing. Both the seller and myself are very upfront, proactive professionals and have extreme confidence in this particular home. Inspectors need to remember that they are just that...inspectors. They are not experts in every category and it's their job to refer anything questionable to the experts in that field who deal with those issues on a daily basis. It is NOT their job to diagram the home under a microscope and scare off any and all potential buyers. Anytime an inspector wants to be a jack of all trades as a pool professional, roofer, structural engineer, etc., the buyer (and agents) need to Run to a true professional in those fields. I was absolutely appalled when this inspector told these buyers to Run from this house. A home that is a former model of a very well respected home builder, a home that has had several very expensive energy efficient upgrades, and is well maintained by the seller. There is no perfect home - it's not out there. But there's lots of really great inspectors out there - keep looking.
