Long story short, my phone was given to this store by another store who had me furious. However this shop handled my phone very well and despite miscommunications he worked with me and gave my phone back and refunded me bc the other store (SF smart wireless- i DO NOT recommend) told them to fix my phone when I had told that shop owner i don't want it fixed. R&R wireless however gave me back my phone so I could take it to phone insurance just like how I wanted to in the first place. Customer service was great and communicated concerns and needs very well.
