Quigley Chevrolet

I was about 50 miles from home and driving thru Bally, PA when my Chevy truck's dashboard lit up with a "engine running hot" warning, but the temp gauge said the engine was cold. I pulled into Quigley's in the early afternoon and hoped they could tell me what was wrong and fix it. I was worried that they would say since I didn't have an appointment, that I would have to leave my truck for 3 days while they ordered the parts. But the very nice lady at the service desk said they could scan the truck right away and then we would figure out what to do then. It turned out that the thermostat was bad, and they had one in stock. I was back on the road in under an hour and the bill was less than I anticipated. I haven't been treated that well by a car dealer in decades! Much MUCH better than the Chevy dealer near my home. I gave these folks 5 stars only because I can't give them 6!

I am so excited about my upcoming purchase!!!! My sales rep was so helpful and informed. He made sure that I understood everything about our selections and answered all questions we had. He was able to find for us what we were looking for. We will be looking to replace another vehicle in the near future. I know that we will shop here for that vehicle. everyone is very pleasant, the waiting area is clean and comfortable with magazines and tv to make the short time you are waiting seem even shorter, they also have snacks and beverages. I purchased my car there in 2010 and go back every year for routine maintenance and inspection. they are not the closest but its worth the drive.
