Quick Service Taxi

DON'T USE THEM!!! I called several days before and requested a pick up for this past Sunday evening at 7:40 pm to go to the Allentown Airport. They said fine and would pick us up between 7:40 and 7:50 pm. At 7:50 I called and the woman said that the driver was running late and he would be at my home shortly. At 8:00 pm the driver called and said he was still running late and would be here soon. I told him to stick it and we would drive ourselves to the airport. It cost us $56 to park for four days instead of just the cost of the taxi and possible tip. Not reliable!!!

Ugh. Toughie for me to rate. The actual drivers themselves, are wonderful. Personable and American.
The service is shoddy tho. Whether they answer the phone or not is another story . And pre ordered a cab last night it never showed. Soooo....

Absolutely awful. I called four hours ahead of time for a ride. The man who answered the phone was horribly rude. He cut me off mid-sentence more than once.

My ride was supposed to show up at 5:30. At 5:45 I called and they said it would be 30 more minutes. At 6:20 I called again and no one answered.

Unbelievable. I was stranded on a rainy, cold day 30 miles from home. I don't know what happened here, but I recommend that you go elsewhere for your taxi/ride needs. J&J Luxury Transportation came to the rescue and I will be using them in the future.

I'm still waiting. I called for a taxi over an hour ago and they said it would be here in a couple minutes. Called to check to see where it was "Yeah, yeah, I know your waiting. It will be there in a few minutes." That was 20 minutes ago. More like S**t Service Taxi.

A co-worker called for a cab today and waited forever then when she called to confirm they were so rude it was not funny.I've been dealing with this company on a corporate level for years and will never suggest them to anyone.

Had a bad experience before Yelp was created a couple years back, and tried calling again today thinking things may have changed. whomever answered seemed very nice. I was told a 30 minute wait, 45 minutes later they didn't arrive. I called a couple times but it just kept ringing. Back home thanks to another taxi service, and they still have not even called asking if their services are still needed. Never calling here again.

Man who answered phone spoke good English. Taxi arrived on time. On return trip, had to call twice to get an answer. Apparently they had gotten busy. Driver arrived exactly when dispatcher had estimated. Cabs clean, both drivers American. Good service. Will use again.

Never again will I call quick service. They are rude and unreliable. I don't think they will be around much longer their service is getting worse and worse.

extremely expensive ride!!!! don't use this cab company. i paid $22 for a 2 mile ride. we are not new york city and even new york cabs don't charge that much for couple of blocks.

Very rude service..this is a nightmare dealing with this cab company, just wouldn't know where to begin, that's how bad they are..pray you never have to use this service..
