This place was referred to me by a co-worker. First time there, the facility was nice, and my massage was amazing. However, weeks later, I logged in to my insurance portal and noticed that my insurance had been charged for several services that I did not receive. I called Quest and spoke with the person at the front desk (Martha I think). She was always pleasant and stated that the owner would contact me to answer my questions. He never called. I then emailed them, asking for an explanation of the charges that went to my insurance company, and still no response. I am very disappointed of the experience I received with no one contacting me or my colleagues with an explanation regarding charges for services we did not receive. This place should be closed for overcharging customer's insurance. IF YOUR INSURANCE IS COVERING A SERVICE YOU RECEIVED, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY IF YOU ARE BEING OVER CHARGED!!!!! I am still waiting on an explanation from this company regarding bogus charges. It is so sad that this society has to focus on greed instead of honesty and quality service. Please check your insurance.

This place is horrible!
The owners are scammers!
They abused my insurance and scammed me!
Be aware!
Because of them , I went through a lot of trouble! Avoid this "spa" at all costs.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Stephen F.Norcross, GA03Jan 25, 2020
This place is run by morons... they can't take/keep appointments and then they justify themselves by saying "if you did not talk to me personally to make the appointment then we aren't responsible for keeping it" i.e., the staff randomly takes appointments, they fly into the ether and only luck determines if they'll keep it.
I don't recommend going here.... shops with no discipline on the basics of schedule management are likely to have no discipline on cleanliness, health codes, keeping credit transactions secure, etc.
Untrustworthy, undependable, unaccountable.
If I could give negative stars I wouldHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Alexandria L.Alpharetta, GA4483Apr 6, 2020
Just for reference I am a medical student so I am very aware of medical ethics.
My mother has been seeing Dr. Diaz at Quest center for many months. She suffers with a lot of hormonal issues such as migraines, breast cysts, etc. She finally found relief with Dr. Diaz who has been amazing and is very knowledgeable about the endocrine system and their overlapping complex intricacies. As of 2-3 days ago, she started having breast pain due to a benign cyst in her breast. Nothing serious, but she needed to speak with her doctor who was aware of her extensive history about if a new medication he prescribed may be causing the cyst in her breast to become inflamed and painful and what over the counter medications would be best for her to take due to her hormonal complications. Also, a peace of mind as this doctor is her primary care physician (PCP).
You may ask why did she not call her future doctor daughter for help? Well, because I am knee deep in the chaos of what is COVID-19 and am trying to manage school online along with my upcoming licensing exam. Also, I am not her PCP and cannot prescribe anything to my mother (as it would be unethical). However, I digress.
Due to all the COVID-19 insanity, my mother wanted to reach her doctor (as it is her right and has as been given permission by the doctor to do so if need be) via a phone call. She contacted the owner of Quest Center, Mr. Kamran Ayagh. My mother was simply trying to get the doctor's information, which again is totally within her rights, and she was not allowed to even speak as Mr. Ayagh frantically screamed at the top of his lungs at her, saying he was "firing the nurse and the doctor" and that he did not want to be held "liable". He then proceeded to hang up the phone on my mother, without her even being able to get a word in. She was so distraught by his violent tone that it took her a good 10 minutes to stop shaking from the distress he caused her. Mind you, stress of this caliber only makes your sympathetic nervous system go haywire and causes the body to release "fight or flight" hormones in response, so this has only exacerbated my mother's already withstanding hormonal imbalances even further.
Mr. Ayagh does not want to be held "liable" for whatever reason he was distraught about. I understand COVID-19 is stressful, but to have any lack of compassion as a business owner is disgusting. What he is doing is actually holding himself liable, as he is standing in between communication between my mother and her physician in a time where all physicians are breaking their backs for their patients, answering phone calls and video chats in nothing but ordinary under the circumstances. A phone number to call for some advice from her physician is all she wanted. Instead, Mr. Ayagh suggested she go to urgent care for treatment as he was "firing the doctor". This defies all logic as this obtuse suggestion is preposterous because this would only put my mother in harm's way and would increase her risk of contracting COVID-19. Mind you, there is a MANDATED order by the state of Georgia that everyone should remain home. Mr. Ayagh gladly has taken hundreds, probably even thousands of dollars (in cash/credit after every visit) from my mother for her services every time she has seen her physician that Mr. Ayagh at Quest Center is employing (since he apparently has the power to "fire" him as he stated). Instead he decided to scream on the top of his lungs and hang up on my mother. He even had the audacity to blame my mother over getting the nurse and doctor fired. When she clearly tried to state that there was no need to do so as she was given permission by THE DOCTOR HIMSELF TO CONTACT HIM if she needed on SEVERAL OCCASIONS. Unprofessional is an understatement.
All in all, I just wanted possible future customers to NEVER go to this establishment for any sort of care/treatment. They would rather their customers/patients catch COVID-19 while in acute pain, which could ultimately lead to their death rather than just helping their clients by providing the means of communication between a patient and physician during this unprecedented time in America.
As a future physician, I am appalled that you would treat anyone's patient this way. If you cannot provide proper medical means for your patients, then do not accept patients and continue to sell face washes, beauty products or whatever else it is that you sell. You are trying to make a buck by providing medical care, when you clearly have no idea what that actually means. Not just anyone off the street can provide access to healthcare. If you lack the education and experience to do so, then do us all a favor and don't. I am sure the Better Business Bureau will love to hear about this atrocious so called "business".
Stay safe everyone and stay away from his joke of an establishment is my advice!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Avery T.Atlanta, GA038Jul 8, 2017
I gave this place the benefit of the doubt today for a bikini wax. Boy was I wrong. The technician, Tamara, was fine. Nice person. Halfway through the process, it was clear she had wax on her gloves and was having trouble. It hurt but who isn't used to that during this process? The thought crossed my mind several times to just get up and leave - especially when the "nurse" came in to get supplies in the treatment room where I was. Really? During a bikini wax? Omg. Mortifying. To make matters worse it turns out she literally ripped my skin off. I am in such pain tonight.
I got the push for medspa services and was asked about my insurance carrier. When I said Aetna you could see the manager's eyes light up like Christmas. No way, honey. This place is a ghost town with no customers anywhere. Creepy, inappropriate and poor service.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - X K.Alpharetta, GA072Dec 12, 2016

I'm in total agreement with the people that say their Botox has been watered down at Quest Spa. My girlfriend and I both agree. I have followed Angela for years, but something is going on with the Botox products st this spa. Dishonest and unethical practices. Never would return!

One star is too many. I had the exact same problem with Quest that Stephanie had. I too followed Angela to Quest and had the following results with my Botox injections for my forehead and facial frown lines. On 9/26/2018 I received Botox. No results. Returned 10/16 for Botox treatment and was charged again for additional treatment. Had to return 11/14/ for additional treatment due to NO RESULTS from previous injections. No charge this time. Called the owner yesterday ( Cameron) and he couldn't have been ' nastier.' Aside from the fact that he wouldn't allow me to even elaborate on this problem, he made one excuse after another as to why the Botox wasn't effective for me. I have not built up an immunity to Botox so let's eliminate that from the discussion. That leaves one of two facts remaining. Either Allergan, the manufacturer is producing faulty batches of their product OR Quest Spa is diluting/adulterating this product. Cameron said, the fault is with Allergan and they are responsible for their product. I made Allergan aware of this problem and they stated they would certainly investigate this issue and follow up on the 'potency' of product to determine wherein the fault lies. Having used this Product for approximately 15 years, no over-use, just once or twice a year and always having wonderful results within 5 to 7 days, I have made my determination as to where the fault truly lies. In closing let me also add to this discussion the fact that my daughter and her friend also used Quest Spa for Botox this past September (?) with inadequate results. They were smart as they never went back for additional injections.

Stay away!!! The owner will welcome you in with open arms. Charges your insurance thousands of $$ without telling you and promises you for free massages/facial etc. once you call to get the services he argues with you why you're asking free services. Then Hangs up the phone on you. Worst worst customer service. Don't ever go there. Hell just fool you.

Gelareh, we are sorry you misunderstood our "No Out of Pocket Cost, Out Of Network Insurance Billing Program" We are able to offer treatments at "no out of pocket cost" to qualified individuals by meeting those individuals out of network deductible for the year. When that yearly cycle ends, the deductible must be met again the following year, the 5 medical massages & 5 vitamin IV treatments available through the program must be used during the same yearly cycle. We never claimed these services to be "Free", we are a small business and are able to offer these services at "No Out of Pocket Cost" via these payment programs offered by the Insurance company, thank you for understanding.

No words. They fail me. No follow up, and the medical people they had there are all gone. Expensive testing, no follow through at all. And they still owe me money.....
