The staff at this location is wonderful! So patient, kind and professional. Jose was so great with my Special Needs son. He calmed his fears and put him at ease. So thankful for the whole staff!

They could be nicer when you ask how much longer and you made an appt online which gives you priority, just a simple question and my experience wasn't great. They are usually behind FYI

Prepaid for lab work, and arrive two hours before closing. It's pretty clear this location is understaffed and the two workers have made it pretty clear they don't want to handle walk-ins as they been been telling anyone who walks in that there are people sitting in the waiting room who have been here since 715am; facility is filthy. Avoid.
Part of my lab work included a urinalysis. This is the first time in 40 years the service provider didn't provide a sealed alcohol wipe as part of the kit.
For a pub locally traded company, a supposed leader in their space, someone in regional management needs to arrange for more staff and clean the place up! I won't be back. Labcorp will be my lab choice next time.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Judy C.Oceanside, CA6484Jan 22, 2024

Awful trying to get an appointment with Quest Lab in Vista and Oceanside California. Their website is almost impossible to navigate without help. So I called a number on the site, and waited 20 mns. A human took the call, and helped meet set up an appointment (I thought) I went there this morning at the appointed time, and of course, Quest in Oceanside had no record of my call.
The place was crawling with people, with no assistant in sight so I left and went directly to Wespac Lab behind TRI CITY hospital in Oceanside. Walk-ins only, you are greeted with a smile and a thank you. I only had to wait 25 mns as a walk in.
AVOID QUEST LABS.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jose A M.Carmel Valley, San Diego, CA66106Mar 1, 2023
Absolutely the worst service you could receive. There is no one at the front desk to answer any questions. You can hear the workers in the back laughing and carrying on and no one is being called in. Not sure why they have you make an appointment because you will not be called at your appointment time. I came in a week ago to get a blood draw and it was the same madness. My "appointment" was suppose to be at 1210 and didn't see them call anyone in until 1 and it wasn't me they called. I left and made a new appointment for today and so far the same exact thing is happening. If they can't keep up with the demand this place should not be open. This is the last time I come here.

The lady at the 3601 Vista Way Unit 104 Oceanside, CA was nice but I had originally scheduled a lab draw at the Fallbrook, California location. They said I didn't have an appointment even though I had a confirmation code. This is happened to me three times before, I really don't have a choice of where my labs are sent so I have to go to quest. Y'all really are atrocious. Thank God the lady understood what I was going through when I got to the second appointment in Oceanside. She was very nice. But other than that the system sucks getting appointments even if you have confirmation codes, y'all really need to fix this atrocious.

This place should have a 0 rating. This is the worst Quest location I ever been to. Staff is rude, unprofessional and they just don't care. I have been going to Quest for the past 20 yrs to get my blood drawn at least 6 times a year. I moved to Oceanside about three yrs ago and I have been going to this location.
On May 3, 2023, I went in as a walk in. Usually I am taken in within the first hour. On this day, I arrived at 9:45, stayed till 4:45 and was then told that they were done for the day. I was there 6 hours along with another women who was also there for 6 hours. We were both upset that they refused to take our bloodwork after 6 hours and then we were told in a rude way that we should of made an appointment. I am 66 and she was in her 70's and they treated us so poorly and it seems like they did not have any intention of drawing our blood that day. I also seen people of all ages being treated poorly that day as well. People were waiting for hours and then just leaving.
This place was not taking any walk ins. They were only taking appointments.
I was number 5 when I got there and the women next to me was number 6 and 4 people left before me so I was then number 1. There were times when they had no appointments to attend to, so you would hear them in the back laughing and just waiting for the next appointment.
On May 9th, I had a scheduled appointment and went back to this location.
I waited about 25 minutes and then got taken back. I told the phlebotomist, whos name was Tiesha (hope I spelled that correctly)
that a butterfly has been used on me for the past 20 yrs, due to the fact that my veins are very small. Upon telling her that, she said she had to go talk to her supervisor about using a butterfly on me. At that time, Ariana came back and drew my blood. She was extremely professional and very caring. While Ariana was drawing my blood, Tiesha came back into the room and told me that if I was to go back to that location again that I could be denied having a butterfly draw due to the fact that they use these on kids that need their blood drawn. Unbelievable, to be told such a thing!! BTW, when the drawer was open, they had a lot of butterfly needles.
I reported this location on May 11th, and spoke to the supervisor Alexis, who says she oversees that location. I am hoping that she does what she needs to do to get that location operating the way it should be. Please file a complaint against this location if you are not happy with the way you are being treated!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Rhea Z.Forest Falls, CA118483Mar 17, 2023
Horrible service they have machines set up instead of human checking in people. In my time there, THREE PEOPLE needed help with the machine and people waiting for their appointments had to help! We are not here to do your job for you quest, get a receptionist who can help people! There's no one in the front it's empty!! So if you need assistance you have to shout and call for help!! Smh
