Queen Anne Electric

We had several electrical issues in our home. The worst one was a sizzling sound coming from behind the chandelier dimmer switch. We called Queen Anne Electric, and after assessing that this was not an emergency because we could keep it off, Justin promised to be over in two days.

He was 15 minutes early for the appointment and was done with four different projects, easily within an hour. Justin was congenial, efficient and knowledgeable. He updated two outside outlets to something that looked very futuristic and told us codes had changed quite a bit since the outlets we had were installed. Pricing was very fair. We would absolutely hire Queen Anne Electric again.

Queen Anne electric replaced our panel when we moved into our house. We had an EV charger installed at the time and had it completed recently. They are reliable and did a great job to get everything functioning. I would highly recommend!

Isabella was so friendly and professional, as was the owner who gave an estimate for the work by Facetime. The guy who actually came out to do the work (I'm forgetting his name!) was great. He wore a mask the whole time and even though he encountered some problems (older home stuff) he was able to figure it out and finish out the job quickly. We had a stellar experience with them and I will definitely call QA Electrical again for future electrical needs.

We had our outlets updated from two-prong to GFCI. Queen Anne Electric sent someone out for an estimate within a few days. I called several electricians for bids and some were as far out as a month to get an estimate.

Justin was far more thorough than the other two companies in his review and estimate. They also had a very competitive price.

They came out to do the work, were quick, and came in at budget, even with me adding a few things at the last minute. They were on time, professional, and the work was very good.

I highly recommend Queen Anne Electric.

I had power go out in a room and smelled what turned out to be a fried circuit breaker. They were initially booked full for the day but ended up having an opening and came over right away. Luke did a great job, fixed all of our issues.

...Fast forward 3 years and it turns out they didnt properly cap the wires in the electrical outlet and caused our outlet to fry. We were lucky nothing caught on fire.

Queen Anne Electric came with high praise from a co-worker who had used their services, so I gave them a call and they were every bit as great as my co-worker said.

Isabel took my initial call and within minutes my appt was scheduled. She was totally professional and courteous. Jose was the electrician assigned the job and within minutes of arriving he identified root cause and 15 minutes later resolved the issue. He's a super nice guy who knows his stuff but doesn't talk down to you.

We just completed a series of several electrical projects in our home (details below) with Queen Anne Electric and they were absolutely FANTASTIC! Isabella in their office was wonderful to work with to get everything coordinated and scheduled. Justin (who I believe is the owner?) came out to do the initial assessment. In addition to the can lighting we wanted installed in several rooms we also had some tricky electrical issues around our fireplace. We wanted to install several outlets around our fireplace built ins to hide speaker and tv cables and we also wanted to figure out a way to hide the gas fireplace cord. Justin provided some great recommendations and set our minds at ease that what we wanted was feasible. Micah and Jordan then showed up to do the work shortly afterward. They were absolutely fabulous electricians (and people!). They were so pleasant to have in our home for the 4 days they completed the work. They had wonderful attention to detail and made sure to check in with us often to ensure they were getting everything how we wanted it. I really appreciated them cleaning up after each day. On the last day they made sure to place all the furniture back in our living room and also helped me unbox a new, heavy side table to place in the living room (without me even asking!). I truly cannot say enough good things about this company and our experience with them. Definitely give them a call for all your electrical needs!

I finished a small remodel job in my living room, and hired Queen Anne Electric to wire a new wall that I built and a new electric fireplace that I installed in my 1910 two-story house.

Justin the owner showed on a Monday for a walkthrough, gave me a fair quote, and came back two days later to do the work. He was quick (he finished in two hours instead of the three he initially thought it would take) and courteous.

I'm very happy with the result and would hire this company again.

I have hired Queen Anne Electric for 5 major remodel projects starting with a 4 unit multi family apartment home back in 2004 and most recently a 3300 square foot luxury home in Magnolia last spring. The quality of the work is outstanding, the timeliness is outstanding and the follow up (even several years after the project was done) is outstanding.

One of their most lasting values is they have very low turnover of personnel (which means they hire good people and treat them well). It is really nice two years later to call them up and have them send out the same guy who put in the light fixture to fix it when it went out (faulty fixture not faulty wiring).
