Needed a quick bite to eat before we headed for a hike in the Mountains. We didn't want to do a full sit down breakfast and Quebec St. Cafe was accessible from our Hotel (Doubletree next door). It was very quiet (8 AMish) and the service was impeccable. Cannot beat the price of the breakfast burritos. It was basic - eggs, sausage, cheese and salsa but still excellent. The owner really engaged with us in the short time we were there. We talked about his car, his grandkids and he recommended we visit Estes Park for the day. All in all it was a great overall experience.

Simple. Nothing crazy. Next time I'll try the burritos. It was $8 for a egg and cheese and a small drip coffee.

I chose this place because I was stuck at the attached hotel forever and there were no other options. Prices are good, servings are good. Just average food. I ordered a bean burrito with the chili verde smother. It wasn't too spicy but I must've been allergic to something in it because my face got super red and hot. Fries were just standard frozen crinkle fries.

This is located in the office building at southwest corner of 35th and Quebec, literally the first building south of 35th. There's no sign for the cafe, it's there for the office workers.

I went searching for a breakfast burrito as it's relatively close to my place. I got one with bacon and green chili. I liked it alright. I still like Santiago's green chili and breakfast burritos a bit more.

      What a quaint delight!

I figured, local, good yelp scores, close by, why not?!?

I met the owner and HS young daughter. He's been here 9 years, in an office building adjacent to the Holiday Inn.

A nice, small, no frills menu, with very friendly service!

I ordered the breakfast burrito and coffee, total with tax was under $5. Plus he makes everything fresh including his green chili sauce.

I layover sporadically, and found my new breakfast joint. Much cheaper with better service than the neighborhood hotels!!

This place is not going to be a high quality lunch. That is, it isn't gonna give you the same treatment as let's say Denver Biscuit would at nearby Stanley Marketplace. Also, it's not trying to do that.

However the food is tasty and cheap, and the service is kind and genuine. If you need a quick and delightful lunch while you're going from meeting to meeting, you've found the right place!

Fantastic cafe with amazing food for an amazing price. Its in an office building beside the hotels if you can't find it. If you're looking for burritos i would certainly recommend it. I personally asked for a burrito (eggs and bacon) without the tortilla and they accommodated me very well.

It's inside the office building so don't go looking for a storefront. Truly a hidden gem. The breakfast burrito was excellent and very reasonably priced, good green chile, not too spicy. The owner is very nice and provides quick service. Stopped by after ordering a new pair of glasses across the street, will definitely be back when my specs come in :)
