Disgusting rooms. I requested a non-smoking, but it was definitely a smoker in this room... No doubt! The bedspread has holes, stains on all the furniture, one of the lights fixtures was broken, this room is disgusting.

If I could give it no stars and have it shut down I would. I flew some family out here because I am stationed here at fort lee. I booked the hotel for 5 nights. The phone stopped working after the first night, house keeping never came by. Something was biting my fiancé as you will see in the pictures. There are random stains everywhere. The AC stopped working randomly. Every time we called for it, nobody answered. We had to go and fish for towels because house keeping wouldn't bring them. They also won't change your sheets for you. They hand them to you to change for yourself. The tv was terrible. Holes in the wall. Everything was just trash. I cancelled my first booking to book here. NEVER AGAIN. I was in a press for time to get a booking but never again. I will ALWAYS be thorough. DON'T BOOK HERE. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

Don't Ever Stay Here! This place is nasty! There was build-up on the walls, floors, and furniture. Cigarette burns all over all the furniture and bedding. The room smelled horrible! The door to the outside and bathroom looked like they had been kicked in at one point. People argued upstairs and outside our room all night. We found roaches. Fixtures, lighting, and smoke detectors were all broken. The toilet was broken. This was a horrible place all around and I'm working with my booking company to get a refund. It was that bad! Stay away at all costs!

Desk clerk rude unorganized. Pool closed and appeared to not have been open all year. Drunk and passed out on sidewalk. Door chain lock broken off. Exercise room closed and used for box storage. The cheap price and good location was not worth the deplorable rooms. The only reason we stayed was we didn't have time to get another place before funeral services.

Ive stayed here numerous amount of times. Some good some bad. Mostly bad. 90% of the time had to call ambulance to come get me for spider bites. This last time was hospitalized due to severe spider bites all over my body. More or less a roach motel literally. Just turn off the lights and the carpet moves

Do not stay here. The staff is rude and unpleasant to deal with. We had a non smoking room that smelled like straight cigarette smoke. The dresser in our room was broke so was the toilet. Don't waste your money in this ish hole!!!!

Good things:
-Front desk was polite when we requested new room (due to dirty & smoke smell)
-Good air conditioning
-Comfortable bed & pillows
Bad things:
-Outside was really dirty (trash everywhere)
-The smell (even non smoking room)
-Whole room was dirty ( bathroom, linen, floors, sink area), felt dirty. I went around and disinfected everything for peace of mind
Definitely wouldn't go againHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Daemon W.Hopewell, VA01Jul 13, 2022
For the past two months or so I've stayed at this Hotel on business...I have enjoyed my stay...The staff that works during the daytime are very courteous and polite.. excellent staff!! The evening clerk is a different horse of another color...I think he needs some more training on hospitality ..he has a very nasty demeanor towards paying customers and he is the reason why I am giving one star...I'm pretty sure he is part of this hotels problem and definitely not the solution ..I think this Hotel will benefit better if he was gone but that's just my opinion... Hopefully if my company books here again I'll have a better experience.

I will start by saying the front desk is friendly. Next, our room on the first floor in the back was quiet, warm, and I got a good night's rest. The sheets and pillowcases seemed clean and fresh, the blankets were comfy. The view of the pond in the back was quite pleasant.
Beyond that, it is in dire need of a major update, overhaul, revision, etc. The paint is peeling off the ceiling. I was afraid to touch the faucet knobs due to the 'patina' on them: glue? toothpaste? The 'free coffee' that Hotel Tonight lauds was a hot mess because the decanter didn't fit the brewer and hot coffee ended up everywhere except in the pot. The room has a nasty low level stank of severe vintage and rude experience. The alarm clock was unplugged, I did not plug it back in to find out why. I went up to get some coffee at the breakfast nook and checked out breakfast. We passed on the very limited offerings. The coffee turned out to be weak. Waffle House (right across the street) saved the day.
Not the worst place I've ever stayed, sober, but pretty close. It is cheap though.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Maria H.Seaside, OR0410May 13, 2018
We came to this town to visit my niece who is in the army based at Fort Lee. This is one of the worst hotel we stayed in. The room was so stuffy. The bedsheets were stained and one of the comforters were torn on one side. The cracks on the headboards seemed like it's never been dusted or cleaned, one of the headboards had a big scratch. The glass in the picture on the wall was cracked. The plug ins on the wall by the refrigerator was coming off the wall when you try to plug/unplug in your phone charger. The pool outside was soo green. The little pond facing out the window was ok because my daughter was able to see turtles on the little pond island. Walls are thin and doors in the room are old and need updating.
