Quad Cities Driver Training School is very unprofessional, the company is a complete fraud. I paid for a 1-hour Non-Students: $50.00 per hour In-Car Lessons. I dropped my daughter off at the appointment she had for 3:00 . She and the driver instructor left to start driving at 3:08 I was sitting in my car watching when they left. I left to go into another store and my daughter called me at 3:25 (time stamped on my phone ) that she was ready. I went and spoke with the worker she had an attitude and said what do you think I owe you. I explained she barely did 25 minutes we paid for an hour she then stated no they are only 45-minute lessons.

When I paid I clarified the time and cost. Also online at https://www.quadcitiesdrivertrainingschool.com/courses under In-Car Lessons again it states Non-Students: $50.00 per hour.

She gives me another day for us to have to come back so now I'm wasting my time having to make arrangements to bring my daughter back and she explains I can pay another $50 for the session no. We scheduled for only the time that she owed us, now my daughter had to catch an Uber there and back to get back up to the lesson which was a waste of more money for her to act like she wasn't going to provide her with the time that was owed. After me getting upset on the phone she tells my daughter she will take her out. My daughter called to tell me she was finished and only received 10 minutes of practice( Again time stamped Facetime call finished) People, please don't use this company. My daughter explained how they just sit and talk badly about the teens that they are teaching which is so unprofessional.

I will also be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. These are kids and as a Parent and Educator, I feel so bad they shouldn't be taken advantage of by children who are looking to learn. Driving is a lesson that should be taken seriously many people lose their lives due to accidents and if your company isn't in the business of helping individuals with learning and only trying to make money please STOP !!!

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. These people are rude, disrespectful and racist. The older Caucasian lady with the lazy eye is probably one of the rudest most unprofessional people I've ever came across in my life! She lied to us and said we would be done in 2 weeks and the two weeks turned into three months! Everyday she called to reschedule and on top of that she treated my daughter like complete trash! This place shouldn't even be open but somehow it is. Run don't waste your money or time on this establishment! Seriously RUN

So rude and unprofessional for no reason! She shouldn't be allowed around kids or teens!

0 stars. All they do is make the kids watch outdated VHS tapes. Not a great driving school. Not recommend. You should not come here. What a waste of money if you ask me. I came here for help thinking they were going to teach them something but instead they just watch videos for hours.

If I could give a zero instead of a star, I would. This facility has the worst customer service I've seen since Covid-19. The staff are unfriendly, rude, and unprofessional. Because I consider unprofessionalism and providing a service are two separate factors, I am only providing my opinion on the services they are "supposed" to provide. My daughters 1st driving class was scheduled at 11AM. We arrived at 10:50AM. My daughter entered the building at 10:53AM. She waited on the driving instructor who did not make it until 11:07AM and when she arrived, she immediately went behind the counter and complained about student driver to a staff member. This was the start of the unprofessionalism. My daughter checked in with her and she asked for my daughter's permit which she left in the car with me. I was 5 minutes away when she called and told me to bring her purse to her. The driver told her, it don't matter because you still gotta pay $20 for being late! When I arrived, my daughter was almost in tears because she'd said the lady was belligerent and rude to her. I went in and asked her why we were being charged $20. She then told me that she was late and unprepared. I explained to the staff member she was also late and my daughter waited on her to arrive. If this is a driving course, it would be best to let new teen drivers know they will be charged for not having their permit on their person. It is good to have this verbiage in the contract but since you are teaching new drivers, it would nice to verbalize that part of the contract when they schedule their driving times. The $20 was paid and yet they still were unprofessional all the way out the door. I paid money for this facility to teach my daughter driving, yet they continue to milk parents for minor infractions when they are committing the same infractions.

Our son had already finished his class training and I was teaching him to drive. It was so stressful! He had a lesson with Sears that was awful - not patient, etc. So we went to Quad Cities. We paid for a lesson and the instructor - who would also be his tester - gave him tips on what to practice before the test. We gave him some practice and then he tested and passed! YAY! Sometimes your kid needs someone else to show them what to do.

The staff are super friendly and they have flexible schedules for everyone. I was impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful everyone is. I'm a happy camper!

I went to Sear's before Quad. I was handed a brochure with the driving schedule when I started asking questions. The schedule wasn't flexible either. It's more expensive too by $80 I think.

Worst Driving School Ever! Failed my first test and rescheduled for the next day. They called me two hours before my test asking if I could take test at that moment. After I told them I could not take test at all today, they informed me I had to pay $20 to reschedule. They were forcing me to make another appointment and giving me times I could not make after I told them the times I was available. Even wanted me to come at 8 am on a Sunday. I tried to make an appointment today and when I told them who I was, the lady said "Oh yes, I remember you. You were the person who didn't want to reschedule and made us call you." A nightmare. The lady in the front desk was rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend at all.

The worst driving school I ever have. I bought the 30 minutes review before road test, totally 75 dollars. After I finish the review, the examiner told me I won't pass the exam and I need more practice. So She refused give me the driving test and won't return back $25 exam fee to me. I told her I already took 9 hours in car classes, I really want to try. And it's no reason just keep my money and don't give me test. During our argument, The owner just sat there and kept silence, she is such a fake person. You know she was so nice when she asked for money. Finally, the examiner reluctantly agreed make a test for me and told we will finish in 5 minuets.

This is not a good driving school for teens. The in class curriculum is outdated, they just show VHS tapes from the 80's to the teens. The owner is very rude and the office personnel is unprofessional. I have been told several different driving times by several different people. One my teen called and confirmed his drive time with one staff member, but when we arrived the owner stated he came at the wrong time and that I needed to pay a late fee just to reschedule him due to their mistake. This place is unorganized and a total waste of money....Do not patronize this business!
