Excellent service, quick, hot food, and they even reprinted my receipt for me when I forgot to get it for my work to reimburse me. Thank you so much Qdoba workers!

I've been on quite the burrito frenzy lately inspired by a fellow Yelper who ate 1,000 cheese sticks total over the course of a few years. I usually get burritos from local spots but you always got to throw a few chains in there. I saw that Qdoba had some new item on their menu called sweet and spicy chicken and it was hard to pass up. I ordered the sweet and spicy chicken burrito with pico de gallo a medium spicy salsa some guacamole and cheese. I paired it with a strawberry soda because I can't get enough of strawberry soda lol.
The burrito definitely had a lot of flavor packed in but didn't necessarily have that homegrown taste like I'm used to from the local spots I usually dine at which is not a surprise. In homegrown local burrito spots there is definitely stronger taste of cilantro and pico but Qdoba did not do a bad job. My only gripe was that my burrito was throwing apart but overall for the price point the quickness and the overall solid taste it was definitely a spot I would go to for a quick burrito if my local spots weren't available.Helpful 28Thanks 0Love this 24Oh no 0Business owner information

This Qdoba is located right in a bustling shopping strip along Baltimore Pike in Springfield; and has been renovated to Qdoba's new restaurant style, about a year or so ago.
I have always enjoyed this location, but the past couple COVID years have been rough-going for dining here--indoor dining was not allowed for a while, and the only drinks available were bottles behind the counter. Thankfully all services are back in operation--including the self-serve fountain drink area and indoor dining.
Employees always appear to be having an enjoyable time working here, and they are more than happy to help you create your meal. Most of the time they are wearing masks, but there have been a few instances where masks were falling below the nose.
All standard Qdoba fare is here, and my dishes always come out fresh and hot. Qdoba recently changed some of their salsa options--I was disappointed to find that my long-beloved Salsa Roja staple has been changed to a less chunky salsa that is spicier than it used to be. That's not the fault of this location, but a company-wide menu change.
You may find food debris on the tables sometimes, but overall this location keeps its dining area clean.
This Qdoba fills the bill nicely to have good Mexican food available on Baltimore Pike.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0Business owner information

This restaurant has good food and give good portions. They also have vegetarian options. The customer service is okay it has gotten better but still needs improvement.

Qdoba is definitely great food, but when I say that the customer service is lacking, that would be a huge understatement. 2 people on shift looked ready to fist fight each other at any moment, and everybody in line was treated with hostility like they were an inconvenience. A seriously uncomfortable experience that'll prompt me to visit different locations in the future

Had a horrible experience today. The employees were indifferent and unfriendly, and the food actually made me sick. It was overpriced, and I had to throw most of it away. Terrible customer service. Never again.

Very pleased with the customer service I recieved here at this Qdoba that after my purchase I just had to tip for how professional and the patience I recieved making my order selection.
Was in the mood for a decent, filling taco bowl so I came here. Not really familiar with Qdoba so I needed some time making my decision.
The guy that waited on me was really nice and explained to me what was what while making my choices which was very helpful.
Then I believed the young lady at the register was a manager possibly and she was very nice as well. She asked if I had a rewards card which I didn't so she activated one and issued me it. Excellent staff that works here so I'll return definitely.
Very pleased with this location. Thank you QdobaHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

We're glad to hear you had a great experience with our Springfield team, Shareef! We hope you stop in again for a 5-star experience next time!

Upon my teen daughter's pleading request, I caved and picked up 2 take out items at the now-dreaded Qdoba in Springfield.
What'd'ya know? Everything was fresh and great again. It helped that there was a new (at least new to my eyes) manager and that we cam at 11:50 AM on a Thursday before the lunch hordes had descended.
Steak burrito and Steak burrito bowl (both with Guac) were both great.
I truly hope the "badness" of the past is in the past.
Management and team makes all the difference. The female team lead (front counter) is friendly and good! Give her a raise!Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0Jul 3, 2017Previous reviewNope.
After I wrote my last (negative) review of my once-loved Qdoba, we went again.
I needed a catering size Pico and a catering size Guac and chips.
Every time I do this (and I have now done it 3 times) I get charged a different price.
This time the manager (who was running the register also) tried to charged me $8 for a catering size bag of chips (enormous) which is not what I wanted or needed.
I forked over the $10, took my guac, pico and chips and left.
Not happy.
Twice in a row now.
Not coming back.
So sad. My 12 year old loves it here and I used to like it, too, but no longer.Jun 16, 2017Previous reviewDo not get the "new" Shrimp! Ick!!!
We came in at a time when almost every item on the hot bar was running low. I tried the Surf & Turf bowl for the first time the the shrimp were old and rubbery. There was hardly any steak left so the lady scraped out the "required" amount of dried out beef cubes. The black beans were also old but then they brought more and she plopped a scoop of "new" beans over the dried out old ones. I thought about asking her to re-make the dish but did not. I should have!
Awful!!!!
Waste of $8.40 plus tax. Cold items (Salsa, etc. were fine).
So sad because I often really enjoy Qdoba - for those fast food times in my life.Jun 11, 2015Previous reviewNeeded mass quantities of Guac, Pico 'n Chips for a picnic stat.
Qdoba to the rescue - for $21 and change we had plenty for all.Mar 24, 2014Previous reviewAte here one day at about 2 Pm for a late lunch out of sheer desparation with DH and 9 year old kiddo. Kiddo bitched and moaned at first b/c she wanted Subway.
She wound up very happy with her basic chicken & cheese quesadilla - no pico.
She also liked the guacamole. And demolished the side of black beans. (Who knew - kiddo eats beans?)
DH & I each had "the usual" naked burritos (burrito bowls) loaded with beans, rice, meat and toppings.
A calorie binge - but worth it.
We got in and out and back on track. - Mark H.Lansdowne, PA11473May 16, 2019
This is the most convenient Qdoba for us. They used to have pretty good taco salads and they'd load them up - usually with lettuce. Lettuce is cheap! Today we ordered a web order - taco salads, with the works. When I showed up there and they had the scale out, weighing ingredients, I knew it was bad news. I picked up my order anyhow. It looks like this Qdoba has decided to cut cost by cutting portions back to about half of what they used to be. Thanks but no thanks. We called and talked to the manager and were informed that the people that made every order before now were improperly trained. That's okay, thanks but no thanks.
