Average at best. Went to meet a friend for drinks on a Wednesday night and (unfortunately) trivia was going on. Starts at 8pm. We would have left to go somewhere else if we hadn't ordered drinks by the time we realized how annoying the trivia announcer's voice was!

The place was empty with mostly locals sitting around the bar. We ordered two beers and a small sampler dish ($15) to share. The sampler dish included potato skins, mozzarella sticks, fries, teriyaki chicken bites, and chicken wings. The chicken wings were over cooked but everything else was decent. Standard bar food, nothing special.

Definitely wouldn't recommend trivia. Food was typical bar food; kind of pricey too. Skip it in my opinion.

$13 martini? Sorry, is this a hip roof top bar filled with young beautiful people below 14th St in Manhattan or a very average, slightly tired Irish themed suburban restaurant filled with grey haired folks in suburbia? Cmon guys.

Update: The Calexico Burger is a revelation. Velvety guacamole, crisp greens, wild spouts, and a toasted bun all set atop an alter of big Angus flavor....it's taught me to love again.

Besides the actual place I've really taken a liking to this part of Mamaroneck there's a lot of cool bars and restaurants to enjoy on this strip, I heard from a friend that this was a good place to watch sporting events so we came here for a semifinals World Cup match, I was happy to see that there wasn't a cover but maybe it was because it wasn't between two of the more popular teams, regardless by game time the bar was full but there were plenty of seats and booths available where we could still see the TVs, the service was decent, we had some draft beers and 10 wings (5 garlic Parmesan and 5 Guinness chipotle bbq) both were really fresh, good and tasty, I really wanted a salad so I went with the Bosc pear salad with chicken which also had mixed greens, walnuts, gorgonzola cheese, the salad was good and one thing I really like is that you can request the salad to be chopped which makes it easier to eat, was a huge serving also, overall we were happy, definitely a place I'd come back to.

Beautiful old woodwork bar and booths. Nice music. Relaxing atmosphere. Really good food. Served quickly and pleasantly. Really good house made cream of mushroom soup. Terrific burger. Real turkey on the club. Do stop in.

Looks great, the food I've tried is very good.

ALLERGY ALERT:

Recommend getting a separate fryer for seafood and non-seafood. Cut my options down given my seafood allergy, which is not uncommon, and potential for cross contamination. Separate fryer will improve this score from me significantly and bring me back as a customer. The server I asked about this was not well-prepared to answer...which gets me nervous. After a couple of trips to ask her manager and the kitchen staff, she told me there was no separate fryer.

I go to other restaurants along Mamaroneck Ave for this reason alone.

As an aside, parking along Mamaroneck Ave is tough...easy to get parking tickets or moving violations. Police often patrol on bicycles. This is for all the establishments along the avenue and not specific to Molly's.

Came here to watch the ufc fight, this place is amazing. The drinks here are worth the price, I ended up getting two tequila drinks and a makers. They are not cheap when it comes to filling up the glass. The outside patio is very relaxing where you can have a cigar and watch the fight. Worth the experience and will come again.

I'm a frequenter at Molly's. It is well decorated, but a bit dark. The bar is in the center of the floor so it is easy to get drinks. The back patio is gorgeous and perfect to sit at in warm weather. They hold trivia every Wednesday which is very fun to play and win free drinks and gift cards. They have a good selection of beer and cocktails and are well priced. Food is decent and well priced as well. Weekends they have a DJ which can get pretty loud, but it's a fun atmosphere. Overall it's an enjoyable place to go to get a drink and some food and talk with friends.

Attended my Police Academy classmate's retirement party here last Friday, Open Bar and finger food for 3 hours!

For me it was the atmosphere, the music and most importantly the company. Haven't seen some faces in 20 years! A blast from the past indeed..........

I have been going here for years and I love it!! The food is excellent, the atmosphere is fun, all of the bartenders are friendly and the drinks are great! They revamped their menu and yes it is pricey but it is average for that area.
This bar is the type of bar you can go and feel at home. The clientele are all really nice and it's just an awesome place!

I wish there was a way to give this place a 0 star but I am unable to do so.
Food was edible even though I had to return my chicken sandwich because it was over cooked. It was replaced with a cheeseburger that was just ok.
The biggest issue was when we got the check, all our items were charged by dollars more than prices on menu. We were overcharged a total of $12 dollars on 4 or 5 items. There were 6 of us and our bill was $242.00 without tip.
When we brought this to the waitress's attention, she seemed as surprised as we were.
Manager came over and said he didn't know how this happened but he would adjust the bill after going to check his computer in the basement.
They got caught with their hands in the cookie jar!
The check was reduced to corrected amount.
No attempt to offer additional compensation for trying to rip us off even though we wouldn't have accepted.
We will never return but you should all know to check your check so you are not ripped off.
