Our menu is a suggestion for your selection. The sauce is the magic ingredient, which blends the meat, poultry, seafood, or chicken with fresh vegetables to create unique dishes. Each dish is prepared to order. The spicy dishes are prepared to the degree of your taste.
Please notice the dishes offered for the diet conscious - low in sodium and mildly seasoned. All dishes are cooked with vegetable oil.

Newly opened (one month), super clean, lovely decor. We went at 3:30ish so we were the only people in there besides staff told to sit anywhere. It is small but cozy. We told our server it was our 1st time and asked if the spicy Tonkatsu ramen was comparable to spicy level 2 at Umaido in Suwanee. He said yes, and if we needed more spice, he could bring it to the table, BUT we definitely didn't need any extra ! It was spicy enough delicious broth. The noodles were chewy much more so than Umaido (only other place I've had ramen to compare it to) with bamboo shoots, black fungus, bok choy, half a yammy egg (wish it had been a whole one ) it was delicious! Our noses were running off our faces ! We also got the pan-fried gyoza so delicate and flavorful! Our server checked on us the perfect amount. I've included pics! Hope you give this place a try because it's excellent!

Tonkasu broth is light, but not salty, 7/10. Taky yaki is pretty good as well 9/10. We also got crunchy eel, which was pretty good 10/10.

This place is very good food , love the sushi we always order the love boat my wife and I. I recommend this place if you like Roman and Sushi

Taiyo Ramen recently opened in a plaza off of 20 and the food is really good. They have ramen and sushi (as you might be able to guess from the name lol) as well as some Japanese favorites like karaage, takoyaki, and gyoza. The restaurant itself is not too big. The service is very speedy and the prices are very reasonable. I came by two nights in a row for takoyaki and I was very happy both times and it took less than 10 minutes as a walk-in order. I am looking forward to coming back to try the ramen and sushi.
