Toni assisted with the replacement of lenses for my favorite eye glasses. I was thoroughly satisfied with the one hour service. This store is definitely worth the visit for glasses.

Wow ! I am so happy with this LensCrafters. The service from Sarah was top notch (:
She was amazing! My girlfriend was so happy with the whole process from start to finish too. We had an appointment for my girlfriend to get her eye exam and pick out some new frames and we landed here at this LenCrafters. Sarah was very thorough and polite. She gave us a friendly introduction and allowed us to walk around and look at frames. I love the free space she gave us to shop around. Once my girlfriend was done with the exam, which she loved the doctor who conducted her exam, it was time to choose a frame from the six we limited ourselves to. Sarah helped us narrow it down with he honesty, thanks Sarah! They are all very nice and helpful here! Most places look down at you for not having unlimited money but they were super helpful with finding what works with my budget.

Three years ago I fell in love with this store and left a shining review each time. Then I went in today to find out they pushed out all the lovely ladies that had such a tender and gentle manner, with top notch customer service and a commitment to offering series of ways to find deals for cash payers and insurance coverages alike. But guess what? The OTHER Lenscrafters (in the parking lot, w/Monte Vista addr) is getting a face lift to that building and all the terrible employees from that building have pushed out all the best, most qualified professionals from the 'In the Mall' storefront. It's seriously disappointing. Plus my worst experience at a lenscrafters happened at the VG (Victoria Gardens, RC, CA) and wouldn't ya know it, the lady doing my exam came from there! Yuck! I couldn't be more disappointed. So I opted for the cheapest route of just renewing my prescription in my existing frames, and guess what: they told me coldly that I couldn't do that and would have to buy frames as well. When I began to protest, they reluctantly printed a quote for lenses only at over $300, and over $600 if I wanted to buy frames instead or get contacts. Again, YUCK! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! I had to leave the store and take a walk with my dog to decide if could I look at myself in the mirror with any self respect if I caved in and paid these ridiculous prices to these terrible, second-rate, lenscrafters employees with the second worst customer service I've ever had... luckily I came across another dude who recommended Costco instead, and I saved about half the original price going there. I'll never be back to this store (Unless they put back the old staff)!

RIP OFF!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
Bought this last March and it has only been 5 months! I take care of it, and i used the spray that they sell as well. But will not recommend this place!! Seems like it is not authentic. It gets scratches quickly and the Versace brand sign is peeling off!!! Like??? I ordered two and thus I thought the man who helped me the payment processed the insurance as well for $34 more!! But when I called they said I don't have insurance!!! Like what??? Who's gonna buy an expensive glasses for almost $900 for both and will not get $34 insurance!!?? Like I told the guy to include the promotion for $34 and he even mentioned that i can call in a week to get the insurance but i told him when i was there i wanted to include the insurance for my glasses, then he told me the total!! ofcourse i didn't check my receipt since i thought ge already added it!! And I called and wanted to get new pair they said i don't have insurance and i have to pay full proce again!!! LIKE WHAT?? Total RIP off!! I am supporting a dependent and u want me to spend $$$ entire price!!? It wasn't my fault you did not process to charge me with the insurance!! I am not stupid to not pay $34 for insurance when I had to pay almost $800 for both of my glasses... Would not recommend this!! My glasses I got from Americas Best was way better and lasted 2 years, never had any problems and not even scratches !!!! SO DISAPPOINTING!! Will not recommend they will rip you off!! The service before you pay is good, but once you bought it it'll be totally different. If I know they just adjust your glasses by hands, I would not waste time driving there and I could do it better at home!

So apparently they are out of network for VSP which is odd in my opinion because VSP is one of the main vision insurances. Anyways the staff is nice and helpful. The doctor here however, Dr. Zhi is so sweet and very thorough with her exam. She clearly explains my retina photo, like in complete full detail telling you what is what and what is normal and abnormal. She always explains why I may be seeing certain things in certain ways and why my RX increased by so much in such a short period of time. Another thing I really liked was she told me not to do lasik because my rx isn't stable. Other places would have me to go in and in a free consultation but she on the other hand didn't even try to waste my time !

Thanks to the team at the Montclair Place LensCrafters. They helped to repair the pair of eyeglasses that I bent by mistake. The turnaround time for the repair was leas than 10 minutes too. Thanks again :)
