Mattress Firm Oswego

I went in there yesterday and they were able to find me the best price for a very expensive bed! The nicest and fasted staff i've ever seen and im so grateful. yay!

Seriously, this is the worst location. Adam is a horrible employee and has been nothing but rude and condescending. He has HORRIBLE customer service skills and hung up on my husband, talked over him and raised his voice at him when we asked to speak to the manager. We attempted to "exchange" our original mattress but our experience at this location was so horrible we requested a return and now we cannot even speak with a manger to get this completed. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MATTRESS FIRM! I even had to help the delivery men set up and haul away.....such a disappointing company! We have yet to be contacted by a manger in order to sort this out to the terms we were provided by Angel...

I like how this store is set-up, and it's the same at all Mattress Firm locations. Everything is color coded! This makes it easy to stick to the "zone" you're shopping in, whether it's mama bear, papa bear, or goldilocks.

We did not purchase a mattress here, but we did visit the Oswego store twice to try out mattresses and price compare. We ended up finding a mattress we liked a lot more elsewhere for the same price as the model we liked at Mattress Firm.

Another perk here is the financing. Financing options depend on how much you're spending, but you could potentially finance your purchase for up to FIVE years with no interest.

They don't charge for delivery or haul away, which is also an attractive option.

The employees are friendly, but the guy who helped us was a little odd. When shopping for something and spending potentially thousands, I want a minute or two to think, discuss, and speak freely. There were a few times I'd say something to my husband, and this guy would chime in, making it awkward. After our second visit, we wanted to narrow down our two mattress picks which meant visiting a competitor. The other employee, while he was polite and friendly, decided to start trashing the competition.

Okay so the mattress industry is apparently super fierce, but if they truly are better than their competition, they shouldn't have to trash them.

Mattress Firm offers plenty of mattresses for all budgets and needs, and there are outlet stores set up throughout the suburbs. They're worth a visit especially if you have to finance your purchase. Overall their sales practices could use a little polishing.

I have to say, after waiting my entire life to buy a brand new bed, this experience could not have gone any better. I had the best help ever from both Sean Lindo and Kyle Kopsel. They walked me through several models, worked within my budget and provided the best professional and patient service ever. I am so impressed and cannot wait to sleep in my new bed. Thanks so much!! Your the best ever, and I have been everywhere. Trust me.

We got a great deal for our new bed. We kept the salesman a little later than the store was open but he was very polite and willing to listen to us bicker about which bed we preferred. We ended up here after a long day of mattress shopping... it would have been so much easier to start here.

Great experience here, excellent customer service! Bradley, running a one man show on a Saturday, was attentive, informative, and gave us a great deal on our mattress and adjustable base. Would definitely recommend!

Recently purchased a bed from Back to Bed in Oswego. It was the first store we visited in our search for a bed. Met with Steven the store manager and found him friendly and helpful. Since this was the first store we visited, we decided to check out more stores. After visiting 13 different stores, we ended up back at the Back to Bed in Oswego. Steven gave us a great price that nobody in the area could match on similar beds and he was a pleasure to do business.

As for the bed, we purchased a Simmons Beautyrest Elite and it is outstanding. We have already noticed a huge improvement in just a short period of time.

Donte was super nice he helped me pick out my mattress and helped tie it on top of my truck. Super friendly and best customer service I've had in a long time.

I bought 2 mattresses from this Mattress Firm, the sales people were great! The last one I purchased was on Black Friday and they delivered it to me the same day!! Was blown away by this and they hauled the old one away free of charge! Would definitely recommend them and the price was negotiable.

My wife and I purchased a mattress here and the experience was great. No pressure from our salesman and plenty of options to choose from. Highly recommend this location. Steve was a professional salesman and was pleasant to do business with.
