Previous owners we were amazing sold and the dip powder manicure was SO incredibly bad. The young man didn't even fully remove the previous dip from my nails before starting over and was uneven and ridiculously thick. PLEASE go any place but here for your service. Waste of time and money!

My pedicure was enjoyable and pretty. My fiancés older male tech who did her nails was making negative comments about her biting her nails, which was very unprofessional and hurtful.

Update: this salon changed hands - the great owners moved ... different staff really went down hill. Salon isn't kept up anymore. I had to change salons, could not get a decent powder dip done... horrible French whitish tips... edges, nails started to chip, flake and peel in days

You should opt for an appointment, they stay busy because they are the best.
The whole experience is so WORTH IT!!
They take such great care of each and every person and their pedis are so relaxing & special, with so many choices.
Remember YOU ARE WORTH IT!
The owners are ever so nice and you can tell they really care about every single person that comes in! - Z B.Houston, TX0112Jun 5, 2021
What a great experience! My teenage daughter needed a new dip manicure and fresh pedicure. We are are in town for a few weeks from Houston and are used to having many nail salons to choose from. I read the recent reviews for Q Nails and decided to give them a try. My daughter said that it was "one of the best nail experiences ever." I do recommend making an appointment. I called the day before to ask for an appointment the next morning and they said the morning was very busy. I asked when a good time would be so we wouldn't have to wait and they told me 4pm. We showed up on time and they immediately took my daughter to get her started. Staff was very friendly!!

Never going back here. Dirty. And I waited 30 mins for my appointment which I scheduled a week ago. Because I was so late I wasn't able to get my pedicure, just a polish change cause I ran out of time. The color I picked for my nails looked nothing like the color on my nails so they did a shimmer over them and honestly I don't think I have ever disliked my nails more.

I think the owner's response says it all!!!
Do not go here. My daughter & I went for manicures and pedicures. We did not get to choose our pedicures, were told that since we wanted 2 services we were given the basic pedicure- whaaaat??? Well the "basic" is 37.00 even for my child. They were very unfriendly and not customer service oriented at all. Too many nail places available for this behavior. They would be out of business where I live!!!!

Thank you for your review Kelley SAVAGE. Just by reading your name and I already knew the content of this review.
First and foremost, before starting the services, we already informed that we only had time to do "1 combo of spa pedicure and gel manicure" (for you) and "1 spa pedicure" (for your daughter).
Secondly, your daughter is not under 5 or 7 years old (maybe, she is a child in your eyes, but reality that she is not a child) and she is as tall as you are. Therefore, she is definitely not qualified for "the child pedicure".
We have to state this fact, so there will be no misleading or misinformation for other people who will be reading your public review.
Lastly, thanks God we are not located where YOU live at. Maybe, that could be the reason why you have to come all the way here to get your services done. Because, they could be all out of business due to your "savageness".
Once again, thank you Miss Savage!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Ciara S.FL, FL085Oct 13, 2022
Went to the salon based on my mothers recommendation she must be the most patient person on earth because I have been here three different times and each time I am told it'll be 15 to 20 minutes before somebody can start working on my nails and every single time I usually wait 25 to 30 minutes and then I get up and walk out I will no longer be going here the only reason I went so many times is because my mother was certain this was a good nail salon but I am 100% certain it's people do not care about you walk in or appointment based on other reviews and I would not waste your money here

Walked in and was told it would be about 15 minutes to get started on a pedicure & manicure for 2 people. We were told to pick a color and then got sat in two of the pedicure chairs. Place seemed decent inside but wasn't super clean. Took about 20 minutes to have someone start. Once it started it went great until I got to the manicure table. It was covered in dust from dip powder & the previous customers gel being sanded off. Took forever once i sat down there since the guy was working on 2 people at the same time. My mom didnt even get her manicure done since they were busy and they expected us to wait another hour for hers to be finished. Don't recommend coming here unless you want to wait 2-3 hours to get your nails done.
