Anna M.Fort Worth, TX02Aug 9, 2018First to ReviewAlthough this company did clean our pool in a timely and effective manner, I want to warn others about their so called "repairs". We mentioned that our water level seemed low. They said they would have someone come out and take a look. Then, they charged my $800.00 to "repair" a pool leak. They sent 2 men who did not speak English out to my home for 1.25 hours. and then would not provide written documentation as to what repairs were actually made. The water level is still dropping and they did not fix the leak. The problem was not fixed, I spent $800 and have no idea what I spent that absurd amount of money on. I have cancelled my monthly service with them and hope others do not get taken advantage of like we have.
