Pure Salon & Spa

I have been going to Pure for a little while now for facials. I see Micheal (pronounced Michelle) and she is AWESOME!! She always makes sure your comfortable and relaxed. It is hard to get in to see her because she is so good. Not sure about other services offered, but they always seem busy.

If i could give this a zero I would!!! Worst customer service!!! Won't call me back and I've left 3 voice mails. Website is terrible and won't let you book appointment or contact them! DO NOT waste your time! I bought a gift card over the phone for my mother for a spa day for $120. I'm in the military stationed all the way in California and came home for leave for two weeks. I called numerous times because my mother didn't use the gift card so I wanted to see if I could transfer it to me or if it was even still valid. I left 3 messages and when I called the last time I got a rude woman telling me she contacted the owner......I stated in my voice mails that I was on leave until Jan 5th. And I told her this when I called and she said they would contact me. They did not contact me. They pretty much just let it ride out until I had to leave oh and I am out of $120.00. Rude! Save your time and money and go to massage envy or buy a groupon, I'm sure you will have better luck!!!

I called Pure Salon and Spa so I could compare their prices and what they had to offer as far as how they would treat my Mom and Daughter because they both have low self esteem, and the whole point of buying them the works (an hour long massage, rejuvenation facial, a pedicure, make-up application, lip and brow waxing, shellac nails, brow and lash tinting, haircuts, highlighting, coloring, and styling) so they could feel GREAT about themselves if just for one day, but when I called there the woman who answered the phone was smacking her gum so loud that as I was asking her about what they had to offer her smacking of her gum was so distracting that I had to ask her to repeat what she was saying and I could tell that she was being annoyed with me by her tone with me so I asked her if she was chewing gum she replied "NO" but it must have been a "CHRIST"mas miracle because the smacking stopped. I asked her if she could give me a total on everything and she asked "Well what did Lookworthy Face and Body Retreat quoted me" and I told her, then she replies "that she can't give me a total but another girl could but she was busy" I asked her if she could have her call me before 5pm so I could purchase the gift card in time for "CHRIST"mas and she said "she didn't know". Well I know one thing I'm glad she was so unprofessional and rude because it saved me from sending my Mom and Daughter to a "relaxing day at their salon" because if they can't even take a few minutes to answer a few questions along with smacking the gum so loudly that it was extremely disturbing let alone if I chose to send my Mom and Daughter there for a whole day of relaxation and pampering and they had to put up with what I did for just a few minutes just imagine the suffering my Mom and Daughter would have experienced the whole day... At least I didn't send my loved ones to The Jersey Shore of Salons and Spas!!!! Honestly, if she'll blatantly lie about chewing gum on the phone instead of just saying yes and I'm sorry about that, I sure the heck wouldn't trust her to pamper my dog let alone my Mother and Daughter!!!! I don't care if she does decide to call back and quotes me an extremely lower price than Lookworthy Face and Body Retreat the way I was treated between the two was like night and day... This is my first time ever writing a review but I just want others to know what's REALLY going on before they pay good money for a day of suffering!!!!
