Pupusas Salvadorenas is my Saturday morning go-to. They have a stand at the South Park farmers market in Dtla. Out of all the vendors, this is the best. We never miss it.

The Pupusas are so fresh and consistent. They give you the best pickled veggies and salsa with it that compliment the Pupusas perfectly.

At this point they know our faces and we are always welcomed with a warm smile. Service is great.

      See you again next Saturday!

If your in the mood of a good authentic pupusas salvador style then your in the right spot
They offer pork (chicharon) beans( frijoles) and cheese(queso). They also sell sweet pastries like conchas and empanadas for snacks. They have sodas water and coffe for beverages. Only accept cash payments.

Its like stepping into your grandmas kitchen and having lovely ladies take care of you and cook you some home style pupusas. Ill let you in a little secret if you want they will make you a big pupusa that looks like a personal pizza they call it la pupusas gigante it is the same as a regular pupusas just 3 times as large its the best.

Probably one of the worst places I've even been, walked in and was seated, with only 3 customer it took the waitress 10 minutes to bring us the menu, 15 to ask for or drinks, walked away before we could even order our meals, and spent about 15 minutes gossiping in front of everyone before we decided to walk out. Also the place has a really bad smell, maybe the building is kind of old but still, do t waste your time and money at a place like this.
