The Pullman and it's restaurant GA and staff having exceeded my wife's and my expectations. From our arrival to our dinners and Breakfast at GA have been wonderful.
Celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary they had our room ready with flowers laid out on the bed a card and a delivered cake to our room moments after we arrived. We have enjoyed the selection on the breakfast buffet with an extensive English style breakfast with something for everyone from the granola cereals to fresh fruit and pastries. We have had dinner twice and both meals were very enjoyable. The house cocktails are amazing!
But most of all I enjoy the smiles and greetings from the wonderful staff.

      Wonderful cake.
      Our room upon arrival.

Comfortable enough for a weeklong stay--

The scope: came here a month or so ago for 6 days 5 nights. Most clientele seemed to be business travelers, in the mornings there seemed to be a lot of small groups or individuals meeting up or working in the lobby seating areas. Downstairs lobby opens directly into the hotel restaurant and bar towards the back of the building.

Wifi is accessible in the lobby which was great bc I arrived earlier in the morning and needed to get some work done before check-in time at 3pm.

There's an incohesiveness to the design of this hotel and the vibe they are trying to give off--directly inside the lobby the seating and check-in area is modern but very utilitarian and functional, with normal lighting. Past the halfway point (looking at the room from front entrance to back), the back is dimly lit with a bunch of neon lighting, real and faux greenery, a very NY Lower East Side/Nolita hip/trendy vibe going on...or at least it seemed like that was what they are trying to do. Then on certain weekday evenings there was a DJ playing very loud music in the lobby toward the back half of the space. Like I mentioned prior, this seemed to be mostly business clientele who leaned towards a little more buttoned up (at least in the morning when I saw tons of people walking around in blazers and laptops), and maybe evenings are when everyone throws back and has a cocktail or two, but every time I walked into the hotel lobby in the evening it felt like I was walking into an oddly calm and brightly lit front section of a night club.

The room deets: Room and bathroom wasn't the largest but comparable to other hotels in the same class in London. Room came with a queen size bed, desk, tv with cable, a safe, iron and ironing board, one robe (thought this was funny since usually there are two guests per room), two pairs of slippers, and simple bathroom amenities (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, bar soap, shower cap, small needle/thread kit). The turndown service is by request (which most hotels do nowadays which was perfectly ok by me--better for environment and no need to change towels every day).

The down (or up in this case) and dirty: The issue I had with bathroom (and the reason I subtracted a star) was that there were mold spots on the ceiling. Also there were some spots in the bathroom that were just not thoroughly cleaned (top edges of door handle, too edge of towel hook), which although are not main use area, just gave me the impression the upkeep could be better. Also there was def some wear and tear on the vanity tray which held the washcloths and hand soaps--parts of it were peeling. I was going to ask to switch rooms but considering I wasn't in room most of the day I just let it be...

The players: Staff at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. Pleasant to find out late check-out time could be arranged in advance either by calling the front desk or arranging directly in the lobby. This was terrific because my flight didn't leave until 8pm the day of check out.

And of course can't miss to review...
The food: the restaurant food on the first floor (GA) is pretty tasty! The chicken sandwich was had crispy seasoned breading with juicy chicken enveloped on two sides by a fresh brioche bun. The short rib my friend had was flavorful and tender. I have to say coming from the states my bar is set low, but it was good enough that I would eat there even if I wasn't staying at the hotel.

      The End.

A great hotel conveniently located (walkable to) near St Pancras and King's Cross if you need to catch a train such as the Eurostar early the next morning. Modern (postmodern, even), sleek, clean, with a sense of design. The bright red in the bathroom is a tad bit Ikea (cheap) but otherwise it's fine. Good insulation. Slept well, no noise. Decent air conditioning (no half ass air con like many European hotels). Lobby is quite striking in design (love the glowing desks and book cases).

There is a safe in the room and several power outlets for charging phones, computers, and so on. Convenient and thoughtfully designed.

It's not cheap but then its rate isn't too far from that of nearby Premier Inn; we decided if we are paying that much for Premier Inn we might as well (with nearly the same price) enjoy the Pullman.

Bar and restaurant seem quite expensive (but then it's a hotel location, understandably). Breakfast started too late for our purposes (we had to depart early). They start at 7:30 or 8 am on a weekend if I remember correctly.

Pullman is a solid hotel with modern decor, a vibrant restaurant, good gym with fantastic views, apples, and water, and terrible beds.

We are fans of the AccorHotels. This hotel matches the usual business, upscale vibe. I loved that my bed and my son's sleeping space were separated by the sleek bathroom (with those strange 1/2 glass doors that seem prevalent in London). My room had the layout of a mini-suite for $250/night USD. We had nightly turn down chocolates and complimentary bottled waters.

We were surprised by a beautiful display of goodies wishing us a happy 8 year anniversary :). All the goodies tasted yummy.

Everything was just lovely except for the terrible beds that all 3 of us complained about. They were just lumpy, bumpy and the worst! I cannot recommend this hotel and will not stay here again because of their beds. I asked reception if there was anything they could do. Nothing was done. When I took the survey sent to me by AccorHotels, I gave the same glowing review except for the beds! They apologized that my request for more pillows was not followed up upon.

      Bottom Line:
The Grosvenor that I stayed at on the first leg of my trip had very good beds and a great location near Victoria Station. It was $80 more per night, but included breakfast and beee/wine snacks all day.

We stayed one night because we had a late train from Paris to St. Pancras station and this hotel is walking distance. The lobby looked promising but check in was very slow. We booked a junior suite with a pullout coach bed for the kids in a separate area. The room was pretty small and barebones but my real complaint was the bed. It was hard and slightly lumpy and not comfortable.

On a positive side, breakfast had good options and my kids liked the donuts so I think the room rate with breakfast was worth it if you stay here. Breakfast started at 6:30am which was good because we had a morning flight home.

I don't think I would stay here again because we passed a few hotels on route and I would research better next time but one night was fine and the location is convenient to the Eurostar.

The Pullman London St Pancras hotel is located on Euston Rd, Kings Cross, London. It's great location and few steps to St Pancras train station.

Front desk staff so friendly and welcomed. We only stayed here for one night in order to catch next day train to Paris.

Room was spacious and clean. When I booked in, they claimed Nespresso machine for each room not coffee making facilities. Never mind...

High recommended if you need to catch early train to Paris or late train return to London. This is excellent location and fabulous hotel to stay.

Accommodations we okay. Breakfast good. But I used the ATM in their lobby and got ripped off with fees. They are taking advantage of tourists. The hotel contacted me and claimed it was not the hotel's fault because they do not manage the ATMs. Why would they allow this vendor in their hotel? Even though the location is good I will not go back. There are too many hotels that take better care of their customers.

Close to train station! We got in late from Paris and didn't want to drive home so stayed here. Super quick easy walk! Lobby is really nice, check in was super quick. And staff was very friendly. Had a nice room with large comfy bed, then a pull out in a separate area for the child. Nice amenities in restroom. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel in a great location.

This spot is very close to the King's Cross/St. Pancras station and if you're interested in seeing other parts of London via the tube, I'd highly suggest staying here.

The hotel was slick and the staff was always friendly and helpful. We had a few drinks at the bar once in a while and that was fun too.

The room we shared wasn't huge but that's fine. It was clean and fairly quiet. We had a view of the main street and other parts of London.

I'd dock off a star for the price of the breakfast/brunch. It just seemed way overpriced for what they were serving.

Other than that, this was a great place to stay and I'll mostly likely return here for my next trip to London.
