This place is garbage and overpriced. The staff is the worst, incompetent, unprofessional, ignorant, uneducated...good luck on needing a cart to take your stuff up to your unit. Good luck with anyone being in the office. They love to raise the prices to an insane amount..GARBAGE storage facility

I've had storage here for 12 years, if I wasn't out of the country I would have left this facility after the first month. Overpriced, poorly staffed. Regretted my choice since the first day. Praying I get the opportunity to move my stuff anywhere but here.

Had a wonderful experience at 701 SE 24th St, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Asia and Nickita were very friendly and thorough when helping me. Also, great online rate!!!

AVOID THIS STORAGE FACILITY, save your time, energy and money. I've had 2 large storage units at this location for 5+ years. When I first leased a unit here, the long term staff were AMAZING, that was many years ago. Fast forward to today, such a different story!!!! . All carts are locked up, be lucky if an agent/office manager is available to let you sign out on a cart, the bathrooms are locked but clearly not to cockroaches - seen many at this facility including my unit... many times I've arrived and the entrance doors are wide open to anyone to walk in.... This location stopped taking shipments to my unit, even though they held a key to my unit. Again, waste of time and money - AVOID THE HASSLE AND YOUR TIME

So, I did not get her name on the phone because I forgot to ask... but I am gathering it is Gina. . Such a nice person!!! So helpful and kind! Made my entire morning all the way from Arizona. Literally I forgot I was paying storage and wanted to send her cookies.

Although the review I have read kind of scare me with the price increase, I am hoping that will not be my experience but I will update it , should it change.


I had the pleasure of being assisted by Gina for my move in. She was informative , professional, kind and efficient. I appreciated how thorough she was in providing all the necessary information yet didn't feel scripted.

The unit was clean, keys and lock ready and everything just went very smooth. Only thing is the door in the front was a little wonky but my overall experience was great.

I have never rented a Storage unit ever. The front desk woman was so helpful and patient. Answered all of my questions and walked me to my unit. Very shocking how kind she was in this day and she.

Gina was amazing!! She called me first thing in the morning to confirm my reservations. We discussed the best options for my storage needs and invited me to come down to check them out. I eventually upgraded because my original option wasn't suitable for my needs after the visit. Registration was seamless. Greatly appreciated Gina's guidance!
