This week I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie, who is friendly, personable, super efficient, and helped me to quickly troubleshoot a situation to my extreme satisfaction!!!

Wonderful facility and staff! Units were available the same day as needed and were good sized and a great price. Steph is very customer focused with great suggestions and very friendly. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend this location!

I had no issues to be honest and the worker (I wish I remembered her name) was the most authentic friendly person to help me. I didn't have to pay extra, especially with my complicated moving situation. Great place and would use it again.

Very well run storage facility. It was clean and felt safe. the staff was helpful, friendly and reliable, the manager Stephanie was great. Overall it was a great experience I highly recommend.

gotta say - The BELMONT Public Storage was the greatest experience one could have. gotta give TONS of Kudo's to Steph:
she has got to be the Hardest working Prrson in the Entire com.
she is a busy bee and super worker ant and social butterfly all rolled into one. she had a great demeanor- wond personality and a phenomenal work ethic.
can I tell U - the Belmont property Has got to be the cleanest, well maintained and customers are never left hanging with little to no responses when messages are left at the office, phone or in person. I've spent several years at another local storage 3 and I wish I had known about this faculty firs;

Steph ( these Belmont employees) are always checking, cleaning, organizing and/or engaging in the Property:
its super clean- ALWAYS being kept up, touched up or being tended to;
can't say the same thing for another local facility.
I can't express enough about how great this HS are maintained, staff is super engaging & go the extra yard to make one feel as if they are the most important customer: that's with everyone!!!
i even saw her engage a couple of "SUS" individuals and she was super professional, letting people know the office paid attention to everything in the property and there aren't any piles of trash, overgrown weeds or messes around the property- ive been here many months & I HAVEN'T had screws or nails in my tires: that was a problem elsewhere;
SO, to wrap it up this is the safest, best managed/staffed property in the P-S Company:

Been using PS for several years, they consistently jack up their rental fees. They start texting/emailing me 20-30 days in advance of when the next monthly pmnt is due. Been a renter for years, always pay my bill, but, they're tactics feel like harassment.

IF YOU ARE A UNION MAN, SERVICE MEMBER, OR HAVE FAMILY THAT SERVED AND HATE TO SEE THEM MISTREATED OR DISRESPECTED FOR NO REASON WHAT SO EVER... PLEASE DON'T EVER GIVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT YOUR OR YOUR FAMILIES BUSINESS! THERE ARE HONESTLY 3 OTHER STORAGE PLACES WITHIN A 1 MILE RADIUS WITH WAY BETTER RATES AS WELL AS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Literally they deserve NEGATIVE STARS! I am completely appalled at how I was treated by the rude and disrespectful employee I unfortunately had the worst luck of being subjected to. Her name was ALICIA. She was so confident and arrogant about her rudeness that she spelled it for me. You'd swear she owned the place. You tell me how you think this experience was... I walked up to the door that was locked at 12:30 with a sign on it that read, "will return at 12:25". This lady then walked up and said," Is there something I can do for you guys?" I said, "yes, I'm looking for information on getting a storage". She immediately rudely retorted with,"I'm not gonna allow you to get a storage to store his shit!" She was talking about my buddy I was with. Dumbfounded I exclaimed, I'm a veteran and merely need the storage to store my own stuff actually, repeated that I would like information about renting a storage in various sizes and their corresponding rates. She said, "If you're going to give me an attitude then you can go to another storage place. Not only did she then make me feel embarrassed, ashamed, belittled and disrespected, I couldn't help but think what if my elderly mother or father came in? How would they be received? SHE WAS EXTREMELY INTIMIDATING, especially due to her larger size and irritable and abrasive behavior. I then told her that I would appreciate it if she stopped being rude and just please focus on giving me info about various storages, basically the whole reason for my visit. I then asked my friend I was with if she knew him or didn't like him and he said no, he didn't know her and that yes he has seen her previously as he's a paying customer there, which is why he is referring me he said. I then asked for the district managers name and contact info which she rudely pointed to on the wall and then told me she was calling the police and to leave the establishment immediately. How you know I'm telling the truth is, if you look above / below my review Alicia really had one of her buddies write a review magically talking about how "great" she is 2hrs. after my review! Hmmm, what are the chances...

Today I came in to inquire about locker sizes. A proffesional and well knowledged individual named Alicia approached me and helped me with pricing. She was very kind and patient enough to listen to my situation before making recommendations. I will definitely be back to rent at this location as long as Alicia is there running the show!

I made an online reservation for a unit. It secured the move in date a week out for the 8th. The following day I received a email that they updated my move in date to the 2nd? How shady can they get??

In my parking spot, there are some branches that are scratching the left side of my behicle. I reported this problem to the manager more than a week ago and the problem has not been solved, I have gone to the office several times and they do nothing to solve it! I am very disappointed and frustrated
